Such an awesome atmosphere and really great supportive trainers! The sessions are quick and intense but i always leave feeling great.
Each session has a variety of exercises to keep you moving and focussed, and the vibe is so positive you never feel uncomfortable walking in!

Joined F45 for one of their 45 day challenges and have not looked back. If you're struggling with time and motivation in your own workouts, F45 takes care of that by making it easy and supportive. Turn up, get pushed, leave better.

I have recently started the 21
Day challenge and Brendon and the team have been amazingly encouraging and helpful! It is a very positive and friendly atmosphere where I actually look forward to going each day.much to my surprise:)

This place changed my life! After having kids I was lost and un-confident and uncomfortable weighing 80kgs! I was scared to come in, scared to be the fat one trying to work out scared of being judged but it was far from that, the trainers and the other members were motivating and accepting and did everything they could to help me feel comfortable and confident. Now down to 60 kgs I feel like myself again and I love getting in and seeing everyone and smashing out my class! Its quick, its easy, everyone is friendly & yes I am apart of the cult and I love it. Do it, it will change your life for the better, I promise you!

F45 Bowral is genuinely the best gym that I've ever attended, including other F45s! Awesome trainers, lovely facilities and a super friendly training community of all shapes and sizes. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, effective workout that fits easily into any schedule.

I have been with F45 Bowral a few months now, I joined during a challenge & was to only get back into the gym.but now thanks to the brilliant coaches. Each one is amazing in a different way. Tess huge motivator, Sophie is great with technical detail & explaining, Brooke has a command about her like no other but in the little sister you never had way, Charlotte quite but the only one who can make me sprint. Elliot, Andy, brendon & corine all super in what they do! I have also met some amazing people through the gym, my confidence grew & can genuinely say there isn’t one thing I don’t like about this community.

Absolutely love coming to F45! It’s actually the best part of my day! Such a great atmosphere and the coaches are so friendly and really want to see me achieve my goals. They show me correct techniques whilst also encourage me to give it my best. I always leave feeling really proud of myself and can see improvements in my strength, technique and ability after 21 days!

Workouts are always awesome, only been attending a short amount of time but have always felt very welcome F45 have super encouraging and supportive staff.
