F45 Training Bondi Junction

Love training with the team, so knowledgeable in what they know, not just about exercise, but managing injuries, and diet, I’ve trained at other places in bondi, and felt like I was looked down on for not being a size 6 and an influencer. However at f45, I am welcomed, encouraged, and feel fantastic about myself when I leave a session. Big fan of f45 and the team in bondi junction,

It's been almost a month since I joined the F45 family and there's no day I regret it. I tried many gyms, but I felt that non of them gave me what I was looking for. Finally I found this place and I love it!

Great vibe and place! First time visiting this location and I love it! Lots of difference between the others F45 that I’ve been, also the trainers Jose and Lou were very helpful and care.
They also have a DJ and do stretching at the end? ‍️

I love training here! The staff are so nice and always keeping and eye on us and motivating to give the best. The classes are very fun and effective, i strongly recomend it

Always motivated to attend an F45 Bondi Junction class. The coaches are absolutely wonderful and are always helping my correct my form

The team at F45 Bondi Junction are so good at motivating the class and pushing you to keep going especially when you feel like you're about to give up. The variation of exercises keeps it exciting and I actually look forward to the classes (vs normally seeing exercise as a chore!) The space is also much bigger to my previous F45 studio and always clean so the perfect workout environment. Highly recommend!

One of the nicest F45 studios in Sydney. Light and airy with lots of space for the class. The trainers are great too, very encouraging and focused on ensuring you have the right technique. Would definitely recommend to friends!

A well-equipped and spacious studio with an excellent team! The trainers are enthusiastic, encouraging and mindful of correcting technique. I like the Saturday live DJ and the friendly community atmosphere. Can’t recommend this gym studio enough!

Couldn't recommend more! Joined only a week ago and I am already addicted. The trainers are so good, they really keep you motivated and are always so friendly. The classes are fun and are a great way to meet new people. I will definitely be keeping this up long term.

I started with F45 BondiJunction on a 21 day challenge and I’ll never look back. The results I saw in the 3 weeks were amazing, and I felt so much healthier, fitter, and better in all my clothes. I am now a member and I just love going to my class everyday. This is the first time I’ve seen proper results from an exercise regime. The team at Bondi Junction are really welcoming, helpful and really know how to push you to your limits. I never feel intimidated and never worry about my form as they’re very helpful in correcting this. I would highly recommend this gym

Great group trainning! So well organized with stations and all the gear needed in each station. Plus a screen showing what exercise is each station. Two coaches demonstrate before the start of the class and they walk around motivating us and correcting the exercises! Amazing, would recommend! I am so sore and exhausted after each class

I’ve never been a person that likes to exercise until I tried F45! The team is great and gives you all the energy you need to go through the workout. They are so helpful and always cheering you up! I have only started one week ago and I can already feel the difference!
I would definitely recommend this gym to anyone that loves to exercise while having fun!

Once you discovered F45 workouts you don't want anything else. Amazing team (who always push you to your limit) plus a full body challenge. Variety of circuits and exercises helps you to have so much fun during every workout.
Happier than ever after a 3 weeks challenge, feeling full of energy and stronger! My motivation for training and eating healthy is back!
