After a very short fitness journey, I discovered F45 and never looked back!

I joined F45 Blakehurst when they first opened their doors in 2016 & I am beyond proud to still be part of this incredible community. During my time, not only have I been a member, but I was also fortunate enough to be one of the coaches for 2years.

Rodger and Klara are so passionate and committed to their community and continue to strive to deliver the best service for their members. The coaching team are incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and super friendly.

I love nothing more than starting my day with the incredible community at F45 Blakehurst (my Fitfam). Our community is welcoming and inclusive to people from all backgrounds and fitness levels.

I have made long life friendships with like minded people who are so passionate, caring and supportive. F45 has truly changed my life & I am forever grateful to F45 Blakehurst.

F45 is sensational, the workouts are so complete, very easy to follow, they always play amaxing music to give your training a motivational and VERY FUN touch.
The team of trainers are the best! They are sooo welcoming and nice, 1 minute there and you will already feel like part of the family. The trainers will guide you along the entire workout and will always be making sure you are doing the exercises the right way to ensure a healthy and effective training for your body.

The environment at this gym makes it very easy to come back several times a week and build a very healthy habit of excercise and discipline.

Thank you very much to the team at Blakehurst for making me feel like part of the family, I love it here, I love the results I'm getting on my body and my mental health.

I was fat, depressed and unhealthy, The Team at F45 Blakehurst have really turned my life around. I started training and all the coaches were extremely professional, friendly and motivated me to achieve my goals! They taught me how to diet, train and lead a healthy lifestyle! This year marked my 7th year at F45 Blakehurst, owned by power couple Klara and Rodge. In my 7 years here, the support, encouragement and commitment has never changed and the trainers bring 100% energy, enthusiasm and expertise to their roles. I recently completed the 6 Week Transformation Challenge with F45 Blakehurst. To say I am over the moon with my results would be an understatement. I couldn’t have made any of this progress without the support of the trainers at F45, with specific recognition to Anna and Alec. They assisted me greatly with my meal preparation and consistency in training and continuously pushed me at every session with my best interests at heart. The culture that is being fostered at F45 Blakehurst is second to none, I love my daily 5am crew and I’m very blessed to have found my place in this beautiful community. I look forward to many more sessions together with my new F45 family.

F45 Blakehurst is the best studio! The set up and size of the studio is so much better than the other studios. Been at Blakehurst for 4 years and loved every single class. The trainers and owners are super friendly and supportive. Now that I’ve moved to another suburb and changed to another f45 studio…. I really miss the Blakehurst team: (️️️
