Totally unacceptable behaviour from this company. They charge a ridiculously high failed payment fee and they don't even bother to send you a warning or reminder first. At least give people the chance to fix their issue.
Tried to make un authorised debit outside of agreed debit dates (one week after payment was made). Charged failed payment fee when I was not notified of debit date. Blamed their client and refused to refund failed service fee. Horrendous customer service.
Fortnight payment taken twice out of my account (and from what I am told a lot of other people at my gym as well). Not happy that it is taking a long time to refund and no acknowledgment from Ezipay stating why the error had occurred.
I’m sure if my payment was late. Ezipay would charge me an extra fee yet they take an extra payment and don’t even acknowledge it.
Not recommended at all.
Had money taken from my account on 5 further occasions after I requested Ezypay to terminate my agreement. They admitted in an email that there was "a glitch in their system" but told me the gym would contact me to discuss the "option of a refund". This never happened.
This simply isn't good enough. You took money that you weren't entitled to take.
Please return my money ASAP. It isn't yours and you had no right to take it. Some would consider this theft.
I am fed up of their team calling multiple times every single day.
They keep bugging on whatsapp and refuses to ignore me.
They keep calling from different numbers and I am tried of blocking each of their no.
Can you guys stop harassing to people who say "NO" to subscribe your services?
Avoid at all cost (for business and customers). Arrogantly charge you a high failed payment fee.
I never heard any story that you need to pay a fine because you don't have sufficient fund in your card.
Deserve 0 star if it can. Does not take responsibility on their end, just directly blame the customer.
Ezypay is great for my PT buisness I would reccommend them highly it's easy to use and understand

A good company for a cash free collection. I have been using their services for several years now. I can recommend their service as being prompt and easy to set up.
Been with Ezypay since 2012, they have managed our business customer payment collections with reports readily available online

Ezypay is brilliant and so easy to use!
Switching to a direct debit service for my pt business was one of the best things I've done.
Ezypay make the process easy by either giving the customer a form to fill out on the day. An essential tool to get a commitment at the point the customer is pumped and excited, or to go online with a simple link for them to fill out at another time (always go the form and sign when possible)
Love this tool will definitely be accustomed for a very long time!

Bad service, no explanations and a third party so they don’t even have full access to the issue related
This fraud company has charged me surcharge of 5% on a declined payment, I have raised this issue with ACC now. NEVER TRUST THESE FRAUDS!
