Gets laundry dried in 30mins, almsot full load.pretty decent for this expensive area, only negative is the lighting in the street at night.bearly any if all other shops closed.

This is a big joke laundries, no one answers phone and no where to get coins. Make sure you dont go to this one

Visited this place for laundry when I was staying around Paramatta. It is good that it is open 24 hours, so that you can visit any time of the day. I visited during the night, and the place was empty. Car park is right outside here. I'm not sure about the day, but at night, the street parking was empty. Laundry usage instructions are displayed on the wall, which is easy to follow. Large washers and dryers are available. The smallest washer was 14 kg, and I had a load of clothes, but way less than capacity, it didn't wash that well. They say detergents are automatically added, but I think that is not sufficient, I wasn't happy with the result. Washers are charged based on cycle. Dryers time can be variable as per your need. You can keep adding coins for extra time. Clothes dried quickly.

Everything is great, except they don’t have a tap feature. You have an option to create an account but when you create an account and top it up there is a surcharge.there is a coin option though.the cost of dryer is 1 dollar for 5 minutes.they look new.one more thing no place to sit inside

The maintenance woman at Parramatta not only helps people with laundry but does it with a smile.

Super easy to use, if you don't have coins there is a coin machine or you can always create an Ezi account and avail the option. Machines are very efficient and drying is effective. Worth checking out. Definitely recommend.

Bring your own detergent, fabric softener, bleach.

Dryer is good if light clothes are used but for heavier material need to use it longer for like 30-40 mins
For dryer:
1$ = 5 mins

You have to look for your washing because some of the machine is NOT working properly
washing machine number 3 is washing without water
and called the number provided they can't come because they very busy

The dryer was out of order and wasted $18 plus 90mins that I can't get it back. I didnt realise that self serviced laundry means zero service. I have contacted the owner but there is no willingness to compensate or even help with the situation. Be aware of what you are paying for.

First time using this place. Washed the clothes well but they were a bit wet coming out. Got confused whether to put my own soap powder in the machine so didn't. The clothes and towels came out clean and smelt fine. So many people in there at 10 pm. There's a sign which says to wait outside once you put your clothing in but i guess most of them cant read as they were all standing in front of the dryers and made it difficult to get past them. Even so, i'd use this laundromat again.

Open all the time. When staffed they a re very helpful. Very convenient for parking. Bring gold coins though. You can't pay any other way

I went first time Today & got very disappointing experience. The 18 kg machine is too small & believe it doesn’t have capacity to take 18 kg as I used 18kg washer in Blacktown Laundromat which much bigger than this. Also the dryer used for 30mins but still all the clothes are wet. Spent $80 to wash & dry but it seems waste of money & time…. I am sorry it too costly but service is extremely poor…. The same amount clothes could have spent max $50 for properly wash & dry in Blacktown but couldn’t go this time as we live in outside of 5km from blacktown.

Couldn’t recommend……. Not worth for the money you spend….

Not appropriate dryer machines, I have paid for 35 minutes and came back, all my clothes are still wet. This experience I had for twice. I suggest to pay for first 10 minutes check and pay for the rest of minutes.

Kindly if possible plz provide more washing detergents & change particularly in weekends because I couldn’t find change for 20$. Where it took me extra 45 mins to comeback for washing

The online cash system makes it fast and simple; it takes a while to get used to it. For the cash user's, the machines are still coin operated. Byo laundry detergents and fabric softener.

Great for multiple loads all at once! Everything was fine until 2 dryers decided not to work Moved the mountains of laundry and tried again, fearful of another coin eating machine. (or in my case 2) Other than loss of money a great place to wash and dry, safe, clean and quiet. Asked kids to clean their rooms (stupid I know right!) washing was unbelievable so drove down from the farm.would have taken a week and nearly emptied my tank!

This place is a lifesaver. Serene midnight adventures. The machines can wash a serious amount of clothes. Remember to bring cash.

Very clean, good size options of machines, well lit if needing to go at night. Reasonable pricing.
