Jacqui has doing my lash extensions for 12 months now and she is amazing. They always still look great when I go for my infills every 3 weeks, they never look patchy or uneven. She prides herself on quality and avoids applying lashes that are too long/heavy so as to not damage your natural lashes. When COVID-19 hit I was panicking about not being able to have them done, but honestly my natural lashes were still thick and healthy underneath, I was amazed as have been left almost completely bald in the past with other lash techs! Highly recommend.

Jacqui is amazing at eyelash extensions! I unfortunately had eyelashes on from another salon which she helped me remove without any damage! The results were gorgeous and she really cares about your lash health and style you would like. As I’m very blonde she tinted my eye lashes so they would blend with the extensions which in all the years I’ve had eyelash extensions this was an outstanding service. Jacqui is my go to lash tech from now on!

These extensions did not compromise the health of my own lashes!
I recently decided to give my natural lashes a break after wearing lash extensions created by Jacqui at Eyes of Eden for almost 5 years solid. I am happy to say that I still have ALL my lashes even after having extensions for such a long period of time. My real lashes are not as long as they were prior to extensions but are still in good health and are growing back nicely to their former length. Thanks Jacqui for taking such great care of them!

I have had my lashes for 3 years now and only ever had one lash technician - the ever professional Jaqui. With all the scary stories you hear about experiences with other technicians I can relax knowing the health of my lashes are of the utmost importance to Jaqui. The comfortable feel of her home salon is a bonus and perfect for that “Lash Nap”. Alternatively you can be sure of a great conversation with calming tunes in the background.

I was happy with my lashes, but I was not happy with the following
experiences associated with this business. (These 5 items were things I
have never come across before with a beauty service.)
1. You are asked for a deposit when you make a booking, 2. The business operates from a home unit, but is not reflected in a lower price (usually, a rent accounts for 30% of the cost of running a business).
3. You will charged a service fee on a credit card. 1.9% which is higher than the usual percentage if ever you are charged. I have never been charged for this on a beauty service. 4. You are charged extra by the minute if it takes longer than expected. I have always just paid for the lash service not by the time. 5. Even though I paid a deposit when booking, I was asked to change my time/date a few days later, because another client would have liked the time I had booked.

Jacqui is the best by far at her craft. Her eyelash extensions are comfortable and natural lashes. A fun upbeat environment with lots of love. I never knew extensions could be this good before my visit. Perfect for a wedding, or any day of the week. Thanks Jacqui
