I've been to over a dozen optimitrist & the customer service I received here is unmatched. The service their employee Jessica provided was not only professional & informative. She was very patient as I had a million questions, yet she glady answered them all with a smile on her face. Best customer service not just for eye wear but in anywhere. The service is very good. Super friendly staff. My Mom bought the sunglasses two years ago and now she doesn’t want to use it and she gave for me but it is a bit loose and I bring it to the Eyecare Network, one of the friendly staff help me without charge. So whenever we want to buy the sunglasses we will definitely buy at Eyecare Network.
