I was blown away by the level of care and service at Eye Mechanics Leppington. Dr Andrea was diligent and very detailed, so helpful to explain about my optical health, something I have NEVER gotten at any Specsavers or Oscar Wylie, and I was just so impressed and grateful. Payton helped me with selecting frames after my eye exam, she was thorough and gave me great suggestions, making sure she prioritised my comfort in how I wore my frames. Overall a super satisfying visit, will definitely be recommending Eye Mechanics to all my friends and family!

Most amazing experience.ive been to many optometrists before but eye mechanics in gregory hills is by far my favourite and the only optometrist ill ever be going to. Staff member amaani helped me so much with choosing out my glasses and was the best customer service ive ever experienced.maryam was also very helpful and had beautiful customer service. Dr Cindy Van was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She took the time and effort to ensure a thorough check-up was carried out, and that my previous incorrect prescription from another provider was corrected. I can’t recommend her and the team highly enough. Thank you ladies.

Couldn't ask for a better experience. Both my wife and I have picked up new glasses from Eye Mechanics, and for me, they where perfect as soon as I put them on, the service they provide is second to none from the moment you get your eyes tested from lovely Andrea, to the fit and sizing from Andrew and not forgetting the girls behind the counter. Also a great range of glasses and the latest in glass wear technology. The after sales service is the best I have ever experienced, nothing is a problem to them, there always happy to help, that customer experience is hard to find these days. And thank you for all that you do for my Wife Maria. You guy's really are wonderful.

Dr Andrea and her team Lisa & Maryam are so wonderful. They are incredibly helpful and patient, and thoroughly examine you to make sure everything is comfortable and fits you perfectly. They go above and beyond to make sure you walk out without a doubt and are happy with everything.

I recently took my 5YO to Eye Mechanics at Gregory Hills, and the service that we received was fantastic. My daughter was nervous about having her eyes checked, but the optometrist quickly built up a rapport with her and had her answering all of her questions with ease. The price of her glasses was well within reason, and they arrived at the store 4 days later.

I highly recommend Eye Mechanics, I even returned a week later myself to get my eyes tested, where I received the same exceptional service!

The Team went above and beyond by sourcing 2 limited edition pairs of designer sunglasses for me even though they did not stock the 2 particular styles. Dr. Andrea Pham is professional and highly knowledgeable. She takes the time to explain the results and gives helpful advise on eye health. (I don't recall Optometrists at other major retailers providing this level of service).

The Team are friendly and provide the assistance needed to ensure the frames you choose are a good fit and a good look.

I got my eyes checked out by the lady at eye mechanic. She said that I have to go to the eye specialist for some reason. I then went to the eye specialist to find nothing wrong what so ever. The eye specialist was confused why she sent me to them. So pretty much she misdiagnosed me and I had to pay all that money for nothing. Definitely won’t be going back there.
