Very Family friendly Facility. Great for all ages young to old. My daughter loves doing Martial Arts at Extreme Martial Fitness. They have made her be more confident and strong. Extreme Martial Fitness supports my daughter and myself in our fitness needs, I do the Fitness classes. I feel like I've walked into a large long life Family. EMF for Life.

I highly recommend EMF Martial Arts, a fabulous combination of fitness, technique and discipline. My 3 children love attending weekly classes, the control, skills and friendships they are embracing are amazing life skills to have. I hope to god they never have to use their martial art but it gives me peace of mind knowing if they have to defend themselves they can.

The best karate dojo ever. The Sensei really care about their students and go the extra mile for them. Everyone is treated like a member of the family. You won't find a better school anywhere else. Shihan Ali is the master, and Sensei Meli is second to none. They are the best!

I have been with this “family” for 11 years and it’s now apart of my everyday life. This has made me into the best person i can be and has also helped me in the real world. Best place to workout! I was lucky enough to stumble across this club online, whilst I was looking for a place that teaches karate for little kids and that run after school hours. Best choice I've made for myself and my son. Best karate class for little ones, young and old, as well as having the best teachers and trainers. The club teaches karate and has great fitness classes that will help you to reach your highest fitness potential. They also have their own gym and suana that you can use too!

Great club, been training here for yonks and they've always treated their members like family, you won't find a better club anywhere else.

Great atmosphere for young and old. I started off getting personal training from the owner but later started my pre-teen son at martial arts. He loves it and has made friends with every kid there. Compared to other group activities I have tried for him, this is his favourite and I like the supportive environment for all the students, regardless of skill level. I am not related to anyone there and don't often write reviews, but Ali and his centre have been great for my son and me. Go Shihan!
