Express Lube

My normal mechanic couldn't get me in for three weeks as he was busy. I called express lube erina and am very satisfied. They are friendly, efficient and got the job done the next day. Very happy, will be back.

The staff at the desk were very helpful and fitted me in for a last minute safety check, however the car stunk when returned.

After mentioning I have an aftermarket air filter and it doesn't need to be replaced, they charged me parts and Labor to change my air filter even though no work was done

Needed a rego check in an afternoon, they were able to get my car in in and done quickly, so happy, lovely lady at the counter too.

Able to get me in the very next day, all things I needed were done pretty quickly & I was able to collect my car much earlier than I expected. Work preformed was great quality. Staff are very friendly with exceptional customer service. Will definitely return any time I need.

So many red flags with this place. Got a major service on a recently bought second hand car and took it back the next week because it was still having issues. The man looked in the hood and said looks like it needs a good service…….

They also added heaps of stuff not needed or recently done for my wife and my mates girlfriend.

I have been using these guys for the past ten years, Nathan, Jodie and the crew are without doubt some of the easiest people to do business with. My vehicles have been maintained by the guys at express lube for all this time. Nothing has ever been to much trouble, seriously if you are not having a good experience with other mechanic shops give Nathan and the guys a go, you will undoubtedly be surprised. 10 outta 10.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Looked at my car’s oil leak issue same day as my usual place is a 2 week wait. Diagnosed the cause and recommended options for repair for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend.

Best mechanic on the coast! Have trusted them with my cars for years now and never had an issue.so efficient, will not rip you off and they do an amazing job

They’ll do the bare minimum including major repairs that end up not lasting very long, which means you end up spending more in the long run.

Worst mechanical workplace i have been to EVER! Very rude, like "MOVE YOUR CAR" because i parked in front to get my cars brakes fixed. Overpriced by a lot. Brakes needed fixing again 2 weeks after they fixed it. Definitely stay away from these rip offs, there are many great mechanical shops close by with great customer service and wayyyyyyy better prices than these monkeys.

Booked on-line, the required services/inspection were carried out quickly and they called me as soon as the vehicle was ready - excellent stuff! Recommend and will use again

I would normally be skeptical of a "come in anytime" rego check service, but Express Lube Erina were true to their word. An unscheduled rego check was turned around by them in about 30 minutes. Excellent service and a happy and efficient crew at the front desk!

Thanks for a quick and efficient coil replacement on my trip from Cessnock to Sydney. I was able to get home with only a short delay.

Booked in for replacement rear brake pads. When picked up charged also for replacing wheel rotors which was a surprise and extra cost of $400 I knew no issues with rotors. Had not been contacted re this extra work and was not given old rotors to inspect.
