I started my all visa process from expert in Nepal when I first came to Australia. I was so much impressed and grateful towards their service from Kathmandu branch. So, I decided to follow expert here in Sydney as well. They were nice before but these days they don’t provide the importance to customers as they used to before. It might be due to high volume of customers, they don’t care and ignores you when you needed some suggestions. Disappointed!
