I had very good discussions with Ganesh bhatta regarding my things but I am disappointed by the lady who was in reception. I personally think “Shrinkala joshi”she should learn manner and good gesture before she comes to work as she was very rude and dominating.

Very poor service comparitive to Nepal EEVS. I was connected with one lady via phone call. I asked her about the scope of bachelor in early childhood educationa and care & reply was just good. I have many issues regarding my visa processing but i dont want to recall her name. Eventually, i was compelled to change my agent and consultancy.

Unapologetic people just working for money. There is a massive communication gap between the agency and colleges and eventually students pay the price. The accountant from their Sydney city branch I spoke to over the phone today didn’t want to accept their mistake and sounded arrogant throughout the call over a late fee issue. Please avoid this place as they are in business without any ethics.
