Im still in disbelief how fast and competent Experian have been, after dealing with Veda for nearly a week and repeated problems with Veda. I got my free credit report within 24 hrs, it said 10 working days. I had an issue on my credit report, i asked for a correction and had a reply with an updated credit report within 2 hours.
Not much you can say about a company where your line manager threatens to deliberately give you a bad reference to stop you leaving because "I know you need to think about what's best for you, but I need to think about what's best for the business unit". Christ. Only saving grace is that other employees (both peers and managers/executive leadership) were good and the total opposite ethics-wise.
