Yr12 leavers jacket took forever. Happy to take the money
Meant to get it at the beginning of the year, then emails after emails with just empty promises and blaming everything on Covid.
They wear ok but not special. I wouldn’t buy from them.

My school made 2 orders for jackets. The first one was made around the earlier to mid part of last year by the school.when the jersey/jackets got to school, some students had letters missing or miss spelled names on the back of their uniforms.

The second order was done individually at around January to February.we were told that our orders would be coming directly to us instead of having to pick them up from school. Exodus also said that the orders should be arriving around the end of march or start of April however, I am still currently waiting for my purchase and found out only today from my old year advisor that the orders were now heading to school.

Another thing is that it is really hard to get in contact with the people you need to talk to. I have called up multiple times in regards of how my order is travelling becuase I havnt gotten any emails about my order And when I do manage to get someone on the other side of the call, i am transferred to people that don't pick up.

It's very disappointing for purchasing something as expensive and personal as a year 12 jacket.to have such a communication gap between customer and company.

Exodus created our DREAM jacket! Extremely happy with the quality of our new jackets and the customer serviced we received. There was some delay in production however this was communicated professionally and the finished product was definitely worth the wait. Thank you!

If I could give this company no stars, I would be more than happy to do so. I am a year 12 student and my school from Perth WA ordered leavers jackets from Exodus Wear and they are taking such a ridiculously long time to come here, to Perth. And then, when I call the company and ask where the leavers jackets are, and I quote, they mention “all of the orders have been delayed due to flooding in NSW and has caused a backlog of orders. ” Also mentioning “unprecedented weather events, ” when clearly the flooding in NSW has stopped weeks ago! My school mentioned that your company said that the leavers jackets were due to come in early February to March but it is now May. Our order is VERY late. I was very eager for my leavers jacket to arrive on time and actually wear the leavers jacket but now you have ruined the opportunity to do so. I will now only get to wear it for less than two terms now if at all!

Terrible service, too many delays. If you are looking for customs jackets, go elsewhere.

Giving this a one star review was being generous. Us students sent in our payments of $85 per jacket by November last year, with the promise of getting it at the beginning of the school year. When we got to school, we were informed that the jackets would be delayed until late February. We received them mid May, during our semester 1 exams.

It was communicated that the reason behind the extended delay was as a result of the weather issues, as this is based in the Eastern states. However, the original timeline of delivery was before the floods in the Eastern states occurred, so their delay in the first place only lead to more delays.

Additionally, there were several cases errors with names and sizes, to which this supplier dealt with poorly. For example, when contacted to complain about a nickname error and asked about estimated time of arrival of a replacement jacket (the student was worried it would take another 6 months to arrive), the staff member had the audacity to deny the extensive delays we underwent in receiving the jackets in the first place.

I do not recommend any other schools order their leavers jackets from this place as I do not wish any other excited year 12s go through the constant disappointment that myself and other students have faced.

Very happy with the decision to have our Year 12 jackets made by Exodus. I found them to be very professional and organised. Design process was easy and the team were very accomodating of changes. Jackets were delivered on time and presented to our new incoming Year 12 students at an commencement ceremony on the first day of term. The kids are wearing them very proudly, even when it is a hot day.

We have purchased our year 12 jumpers through Exodus for the last 2 years now. The jumpers are of a high quality and the year 12s have absolutely loved them. We have found Exodus to go out of their way for us, to assist with designs and our limited ordering numbers due to us being a smaller school. They even have gone to the extra trouble to do a single jumper for a student commencing year 12 after our order had been received for this year. We look forward to working with exodus in the years to come.

Exodus Wear: Great service and friendly, professional staff. They were able to add a design by local Bundjalung Gumbaynggirr artist Dean Loadsman, to the jacket sleeves, making our jacket distinct, interesting and attractive.

Absolutely shocking service, jerseys were delayed for more than 4 months. I can not believe the nerve they have to charge $100 dollars a jersey given the abhorrent service provided. Don't ever order anything from this place, it deserves to go out of business. Look to any other place but here, there surely can not be a worse place to order from.

It was really wonderful working with this company and especially Elyse who was very professional, quick to respond to any queries and kept my organisation in the loop at every step. We had a lot of demands and they were all accommodated.

We have been using many suppliers in the past few years, however, none of them had the quality and service Exodus Wear is providing. They were really careful with the design, giving us chance to review what we wanted.

The whole journey using Exodus Wear was great. Vivian, Saraa and Elyse were so helpful and patient with my requests, queries and replies, I cannot thank them enough. The end product was exactly how I envisioned it and I am in awe of the manufacturing process.

If you throughly enjoy having your orders delivered to you late by almost 6 months, enjoy tacky and cheap material with the embroidery on the jackets falling off and the jacket being weirdly sized, OR want $90 to be taken from you only for your jersey to go "missing" or "not be made", PLEASE DO order from Exodus Wear because all those wishes will be gladly fulfilled!

I have never experienced a company as incompetent as you are; you can't take simple orders and you obviously have very poor efficiency and quality control measures implemented during your manufacturing process. Poor customer service, poor standard of clothing, and poor me for being scammed.

Umm last time I checked it was year 12 jackets not half year jackets, IT HAS BEEN 24 WEEKS 168 DAYS. This service it just disgraceful absolutely terrible, if fact what I've heard it that we had to sent back because they were to dark.we have paid money to this company and to be honestly it feels like they ran off with it all.such a terrible company expect to see an email in the near future.honesty it was just a waste of money.
