Executive Smash Repairs

Read the reviews, thought great. Attended the repairer for a insurance quote. Now 2 months later and numerous calls with many promises it was coming to my insurance company. Nothing. I don't recommend this operator.

I was referred to Executive Smash Repairs by a third party. I was extremely impressed by the quality of service they provided. I was able to get to get my car booked in right away and the customer service was friendly and professional. I was supplied a loan car so that my repair would not cause me any inconvenience. I had to have some addition work completed that wasn't originally negotiated and they were able to accomate this easily last minute, suppling a very competitive quote on a window replacement. All works were completed in a timely manner and in a quick turn around particularly considering the time of year. Work quality was exceptional. Definitely would recommended this business for anyone looking for a hassle free smash repair at a reasonable price.

Fantastic service and fabulous work. The eye for detail is amazing and the quality work is far superior than any other smash repairer. They always look after their customers and do what is right by them and not just wanting to appease the insurance company and they always keep the customer informed. Couldn't recommend them more. Can not recommend Executive Smash Repairs enough. Nick, Deborah and the whole team were fantastic. Their customer service was impeccable and the workmanship was fantastic. No one is happy about having to visit a smash repairs to get their car fixed, but these guys took the stress off my hands and sorted everything out for me. Thank you!

Executive Smash Repairs have been our repairer of choice in our family for many years. Their expertise, professionalism and pride in returning our vehicles to its original state is beyond reproach. William and ALL staff are kind, empathetic and very approachable and helpful. Nothing is too much for them.

Now on the subject of dealing with our insurer, NRMA, the stress and frustrations over the years leaves much to be desired. We are clients of over 30 years and have never defaulted and it never ceases to amaze us how impersonal and unapproachable they are in dealing with clients in certain matters.

I would not recommend these guys at all. Had the car repaired and a couple of months later had to take the car to another smash repairer to get is re-fixed. Was out of pocket a significant amount and would not go back to them ever.

If you're in dire need of any body work done to your vehicle, Executive Smash Repairs is the place to go. Nick, resolved my issues i had with my car quite promptly. Executive Smash Repairs were a great help to me after my car was in an accident. Called up and spoke to Deborah over the phone, she was very helpful and down to earth. Conversation was quick and easy. Booked an appointment for the next day for my car to be looked at by Nick. The bloke is a legend - very easy going and good at what he does, he organized me a hire car as soon as I dropped my car off. Everything about the shop was amazing. Can’t speak highly enough about Will and the team at Executive Smash Repairs. It was a bit of a daunting prospect navigating the whole process, but they have streamlined a system that gives confidence and certainty with the quality of repairs from start to finish.

I've been meaning to leave a review for these guys for a while. I hate having to go there, because every time I do, it means that my car needs a repair, but at least I know that it's going to be done right!

I'm sort of a panel beater's nightmare, with a very keen eye for detail, and I'm very fussy. I've had 4 repairs done here over the last 4 years, two decent insurance jobs, and 2 minor out of pocket ding repairs, all metallic paint late model vehicles including a BMW with an amazing paint job, and I've been happy every time. William is honest and capable, and I trust him to do the job right.

Quality of their work and service are both 5 stars. I have read so many positive reviews about them, my real experience was even better! They gave me a very detailed and competitive quote with all parts and labor cost listed and estimated time frame for my car job. Put my mind to ease as this is a first time I had an accident. They are very easy to communicate, and very helpful. My car was sparkly clean when I went to pick up. This is some nice extra they just put in. I am extremely happy with their work and service, highly recommended for anyone who need their car's body fixed after an accident. You will be very happy with the result.

I visited Executive Smash Repairs today and met two amazing helpful polite young gentlemen, the first young man explained how my problem could be solve explaining all the details and most helpful, he recommended I speak to Nick in the office which I did, he also was extremely helpful answering all my questions.
He then got tools and corrected the issue and then polished a small scratch which was above and beyond normal service.
I am elderly and really appreciated there help and kindness. I recommend this service to everyone and will definitely take my car there for any smash repairs. Happy customer Margaret.

Executive Smash Repairs were a great help to me after my car was in an accident. Deborah answered the phone and immediately put me at ease in a very stressful situation, she was polite, caring and added a bit of humor in too. Will then had an in depth conversation with me over the phone to talk through the incident, he then assessed the damage and gave great advice as to what needs to happen next. After speaking with them I've got a much clearer idea of the processes and can't thank them enough for making this nightmare of a situation more bearable. Would not hesitate to recommend them

Will and Andrew run a very tight ship. When I dropped my car off for repair I was fully informed of everything that would happen and they also kept me up to date whilst the repairs were being carried out.

Upon collecting my car and looking closely the repair work, it was perfect. So much better than any other repairer I've dealt with in the past. They even repaired some of the issues past repairers didn't do properly!

The complete experience was easy and reassuring.
