Life gets in the way and I'm often quick to make a complaint yet forget to feedback on great customer service. This is why I'm absolutely compelled to inform consumers about the service I have received for almost 16 years with Exchange Property sales and Management.
This team without a doubt are worthy of the best review I have ever given. I'm a very time poor grandmother these days with investment properties in Australia and New Zealand. Over the years it has been absolutely reassuring to know that the dynamic Exchange Team, Ian and Chris will manage my property with the highest standard of professionalism I have ever encountered. Thanks to their vigilance, attention to detail, up to date information and updates. I am completely relieved of the stress and concerns of property management. If you need a team that is totally "on the ball " allowing you to focus on other life-enhancing priorities don't look past this one.

Ian & his team has been managing my property since 2006 when I moved oversea. The communications are prompt and services are professional. I am happy that my property is in good hand and I can rely on them for their service.

Ian and his capable team have been managing my property since i left Australia in 2011. They provide advise when I need it, complete annual inspections of the property and send me video reports, collect rent, pay all bills, organise handymen, oversee small projects and provide monthly and annual statements in perfect format for my accountant. The team is always a pleasure to deal with and react promptly to every enquiry I make. The result is happy long term tenants. They make oversees property ownership easy and I highly recommend them to every property owner.

Exchange managed properties for me for a number of years. At first they did well but in recent years I became dissatisfied with their performance in ensuring the the units were well maintained. When I changed to a new agent I found the transfer of information from Exchange to the new agent was poorly handled. (Later Update) : Originally I gave them 2 stars but now have marked them down because I have found out that they had not only not transferred the information but also kept receiving information regarding strata fees so that my strata bills and penalties continued to accumulate.

Fantastic team of people, professional, approachable, always on the ball, hassle free and an absolute pleasure to work with.

Do not trust this company.
They have tried to rip us off and the only way we can get our money back is through the small claims tribunal.

These guys give exceptional service. Ian and his team have given the best advice, prompt service and peace of mind. They earn your trust. Highly recommended!

Dodgy! DO NOT RENT WITH THEM if our terrible experience is anything to do by. You're life will be hell. Everything will become an issue for NCAT, a place Ian the owner seems very comfortable going to.

Fantastic experience as a tenant. They always respond quickly and matters are resolved without fuss.

Avoid. Dishonest company that lacks any form of professional integrity in my opinion. Paid holding fee for house, mentioned repairs which were promised on inspection then Ian Commys stated no repairs to be done and house no longer available. Refused to take calls, return emails. His staff were incredibly rude and pushy over the telephone.

Have no regard for tenants or rental legislation. Don't read the hype below.

Avoid like the plague, all the negative reviews speak volumes.

I've never felt let down by Ian Comyns and the staff at Exchange Property. They've always been true to their word, and if you're looking for someone to trust, then you couldn't do any better than them.
There are other real estate agents out there, but this is the one that has class.

Maureen rocks. She always leaves us little notes saying how fabulous the flat looks when she inspects it! Happy with the service as a tenant.
