They offer a professional and friendly work environment at an extremely convenient location. I have been inspecting a variety of office spaces this week in the North Sydney / Crows Nest areas. Unlike much of the competition, Penny @ Excen actively listened to my requirements, demonstrated a "can do" attitude to produce tailored solutions, and at no time engaged in pushy sales techniques. I would highly commend directly contacting Excen (rather than go through third party providers who charge a referral fee) and having an initial consultation with Penny before making any final decision on your workspace needs.

Lisa and her team at Office 119 continue to impress me in each dealing I have with them. Nothing is ever too much trouble and the service they provide is exceptional! If you are looking for an offsite space to hold meetings or conferences, I highly recommend you get in touch with them.

Very professional serviced office environment without feeling too ‘serviced officey’. Always greeted professionally and with a smile from all the staff that run reception at Excen. Ideally located (hop, skip and jump from both Chatswood and CBD) as well as a minutes walk from all the funky bars, restaurants and eateries at Crows Nest.

Tayla and the team were fantastic to work with and made sure our three day conference ran smoothly. Nothing was too much. Will definitely be back.

Hired a room for an afternoon meeting with a client. Reception staff seemed more focused on answering calls than customer service.
The meeting room was sufficient but nothing overly amazing.
