We recently had Claudio and his team restore our 25 year old roof. They did an amazing job. They spent several days on the project cleaning, repointing, sealing and painting with 2 coats of paint. They replaced broken tiles, fixed damaged flashing and realigned the gullies. They were very professional in their approach and had everything cleaned up upon completion. We found them to be very friendly and prompt.

Yes I had quotes for considerably less but often it is true that we get what we pay for & Claudio sure delivered. Didn`t just paint but also did repairs where needed & showed me photo`s. If you are looking for an extremely professional person to restore your roof, then Claudio and his team are the people for you. I got other quotes which admittedly came in cheaper, but the quotes weren't itemised, and they had no idea of the correct materials to use. I had researched the different types of paints, and Claudio was the only person who had knowledge of it. His quote clearly spelled out the entire process for restoring my roof, giving me peace of mind that the job would be done properly. At the end of the day, you get what you pay for. I want the investment I make to last, and the only way I could achieve that, was to use Claudio.
From the day I first met Claudio, to the completion of the job, he was well presented, professional, and very courteous. Even throughout the inclement weather we experienced, he kept in touch, so I wasn't left wondering when things would happen.
The final result, was "the icing on the cake" for the restoration of my old shabby looking house.

Couldn’t recommend Claudio and Excel Roof Restorations more highly! Claudio identified the cause of our roof leak and fixed it in minutes, and didn’t even charge us. We know it solved the problem as there weren’t any leaks from the recent rain. Other roofers who came to inspect the roof concluded that it was an expensive fix, and didn’t find the broken tile as Claudio did. If you live in the Shire, you have to reach out to Claudio for any roofing issues to get the job done right and affordably!

Claudio came to quote repairs to our roof, provided an honest opinion that repair was probably not the best option and we should consider other options. Even replaced a couple of broken tiles with spares we had under the house.
