Pilates at Evolve Therapies is amazing! It's a small studio & the instructors give us all personal attention which makes me feel that I'm cared for.

I am still relatively new to Pilates. I am so glad that I chose Evolve Therapies. I really enjoy the classes and I have seen amazing results and have gone from having shocking pain 24/7 to basically zero pain! I am happier in myself and feel great, and it’s reassuring to know that I have Danny and her staff in my corner helping me. Danny and her staff are some of the kindest people you’ll ever meet, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you everyone at Evolve Therapies.

I am thoroughly enjoying the pilates classes. I have been attending 3-4 times a week for almost 6 weeks and I am finding that my strength and flexibility is improving with every class. The reformer machines help me to keep the movements and I find it amusing that I can walk out of a class feeling like jelly but not break a sweat. There are plenty if time slots available that suits my schedule. The instructors all offer fabulous knowledge and are always mindful of any injuries you might have. They also offer you progression and regression options during each class to suit your skill level. I appreciate the extra stretches the instructors show you to help strengthen or stretch a tired or tense muscle. Just waiting to try a massage now.

I have been seeing Danny for quiet a while now. Each and every time I see her she addresses any pain that I am experiencing and I always feel so much better after my treatment. She is so very kind and caring and has a lot of Knowledge and such healing Hands. She helps me be the very best version of me that I can be. Thankyou Danny!

Having been a regular client for over 3 years, I can thoroughly recommend Danny (and her team). I have had remedial massage for a congenital back (and associated) problems over many years, and have never had more thorough, professional and caring attention.

The massage I received today was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Danny gets straight to the areas of concern with a nice firm massage just the way I like it. She also did cupping which I’ve never had before such an unusual feeling I loved it. The heated towels and warm weighted things on my back was heavenly. Danny even showed me a new stretch that no one’s ever showed me. 10/10

No problem is a problem for the team. I felt like when I walked out I was on a cloud and so relaxed.

A bit confused, was sold into thinking this was someone who had qualifications in Physiotherapy or as a Chiropractor. So it turns out she is not registered with AHPRA. Big question marks on how she is able to be ‘rehabilitating’ people with only a remedial massage certificate. Not sure about the legalities surrounding this biz. Buyer beware

Best massage I have ever had, and I have had so many massages over the last 20 plus years. I also had cupping here for the first time and I felt a million times better after. Very knowledgeable and helpful with my many back pain issues and problems. I would highly recommend this business.
