Evolution Laser Clinic

I have been 3 times to date. 3 different technicians, either in a rush or rude. Serviced done all times in a rush and feeling I was an annoyance. Even made uncomfortable when I asked a section was missed. Last time, the technician used a different method as she did not believe me when I mentioned to her that the skin tone has not change since the last time and this is my usual skin tone. Now I have a bad reaction to the last treatment on my skin, which has not happen before.

I was surprised by the bad service as my previous experience at the Randwick one was positive.

I will be not coming back. They need to either train their technicians with basic customer service or change technicians all together.

Amazing clinic! Friendly & very helpful staff. The treatment and service was professional, efficient and was made a very comfortable experience. Would highly recommend all their services!

Iv been going here for years but the price literally Jumped from $260 - $400 for the exact same treatment with prior treatments (meaning it should be cheaper as iv had it before = less movement)

Never going back. I was quoted much cheaper other places and I purposely went back to evolution because I loved the price and it was affordable but now it’s not the same. Doesn’t make sense!

Drove here from out West thanks to a recommendation from a friend. The travel distance was made more than worthwhile due to the super clean clinic & friendly/professional staff especially Elle who treated me today and was Amazing in doing so. Highly recommended!

Clean although my experience was nothing to recommend. Had cryolysis for the first time last month. Staff were satisfactorily nice yet unknowledgeable (or if they were knowledgeable they liked to act like processes were private). The treatment was below average. At the time I thought it was okay but since trying elsewhere I’m realising Evolution was a waste of money and time. They fumbled and service took 2.5 times the booking with 0 results.

I arrange my appointment before one week for friday and I arrived there 15 mins ego even I arrived earlier she wsnts me to wait 5 min
more another 5 minute more pls.totaly I did wait half an hour for my appointment. Then same lady spend only 5 min for my face treatmant which is 20 mins microdermabrassion. And want me to be hurry to go for customer after me. I reminded her to having face treatment 20 mins however both lady was inside the room and want me to out rudely. And she said that was all process! I said before do payment got details (she tried convince me first) then, was out and she said sorry for the short treatment sorry. I can arrange anothrr treatment extra as a complimentary. Nothing can change first exppression for a new customer. In addition, when I was on my way to go somwhere ı feel seriously burn on my face and realise getting red. Exausted experience!

I have been going to Evolution in Bondi Junction for over a year and Catalina has been looking after me for most of that time. I have the Hydro Microdermabrasion and my skin has never looked so good or felt so soft. I can't recommend Catalina highly enough and the clinic is really nice and a great place to have treatments.

Absolutely cannot recommend this place enough. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with friendly and welcoming staff. The place is super clean and smells amazing like a spa. The laser hair removal was painless and the therapist took her time in treating me. Thank you Evolution Laser Clinic for this great service.

Friendly and efficient staff! Always happy with their service and pricing. The manager Nadine is quite informed and helpful. Answered all my queries and left me feeling confident.

Beautiful shop, amazing staff and immaculate results… i come here for all of my skin treatments and Injectables and my results are always perfect. I live nearly an hour away but still make my way here as they really are the best at what they do. Highly highly highly recommend.

I definitely suggest everyone to visit evolution laser Bondi. The customer service is amazing and especially Bronte was so professional and experienced. I always prefer her for my treatments.

I have been going into Evolution Laser Bondi Junction after being unhappy with previous injectables service. Katherine the Nurse is experienced and honest. She has never tried to over sell me any more services or get me to spend more money then initially expected. I will definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking to get Botox injections or lip fillers.

Everytime I'm coming for laser hair treatment, all therapists does different current although it has to increase each time to get the good results. Very dissapointing I spend my money for nothing.

Where do I begin! The treatments, the ladies, the expertise and the experience. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. From the moment you enter you are treated as though you were family. The treatments that are offered are never pushed or sold to you and the amount of knowledge behind each individual treatment is outstanding. I’ve had numerous face and body treatments and I’m so thrilled with everything I’ve been able to achieve. I’ve sent many new clients in who have all been equally impressed with their service and genuine care. Keep up the fantastic work ladies! Xx

I have been to several aesthetic clinics but I always come back here, I like the cordiality treatments and the price.

Received bad attitude to an appointment I turned up early for in Bondi when I have a busy sched and was taken in before time, asked to zap one stray hair prepared to pay for additionally & never been a problem anywhere else over 10yrs nationally & internationally & takes 5secs, got the response with a sigh that they were too busy, despite still being 2min ahead of time and finishing the session at scheduled time.
I’m no stranger to customer service or working in it & this was rare time to myself to be the customer.

A great clinic with great staff. I always have the best results with my procedures and treatments in that clinic. Catalina is absolutely fantastic and I highly recommend the service. Well done, team!

Went to 2 different clinics last week at Bondi junction. I did the treatment for my face in one of the clinic up stairs. I’m their regular customer as i always go there every week. Had such a great and wonderful treatment and i can tell that their customer service is excellent because they treated me really well. I was wondering to do laser at that clinic as well but still haven’t decided yet as their price is quite expensive. And one day my friends told me about evolution clinic. I’ve checked their treatment option and i was surprise that they got cheap price for laser and i was like ok i’ll go for it. At the same day once i’ve done my face treatment from the other clinic then i went to evolution clinic straight away. Was very excited because that was my first laser until “BANG! ” didn’t meet my expectation! They really got poor customer service! The lady who handled the laser for me was doing the job like she was in rush and she is so rude and not friendly at all! I know that i didn’t speak english very well so sometimes I didn’t understand what she was saying. But you can’t treat your customer like that. Maybe because their treatment’s price is cheap that’s why they didn’t value customer. I would prefer go to the other clinic to my next laser which would cost me bit much but that’s fine as long as they treat me well and have great customer service rather than this clinic (evolution clinic) who treated me poorly. PITY!

Terrible customer service. I went in months ago and the lady did it so quickly the hair grew back in a week (and I’ve had quite a few sessions of laser done and know how it works). I did send a follow up email of my disappointment and never heard anything back. Recently I was in bondi and wanting to give them the benefit of the doubt, I booked in a laser last minute that day, the lady sounded very indifferent in the phone. Unfortunately I was running late with another appointment I was at and called again to rebook the appointment for later, same lady answered, same attitude. I ended up getting done earlier than I thought and showed up 5 mins past my original appointment, explained my situation to the ladies at the front desk to see if I could still be fit in and they said it wasn’t possible (which is completely fine as I was the one who rescheduled and was late) but the cold, uncaring, self-entitled, terrible service was incredible! No smiles, not even pretending to look like they were at all trying to help me or asking how my day was or anything you would generally expect from an employee in a position that interacts with the public daily! I ended up taking my business to the ALWAYS lovely ladies at Laser Clinics Australia instead that day, they’re a bit more expensive but definitely worth the atmosphere you walk into as soon as you enter their shop while being greeted politely and courteously like an actual person! Stay away from Evolution Laser, they definitely don’t appreciate your business especially in a world like today!
