I’ve Been training with Adrin and his team at Evolution Gym for about 6 years. It’s the first place I’ve felt truly comfortable, there really are no egos or judgements.
I started with very little fitness experience but with the perfect combination of cardio, strength and technique training it wasn’t long before I began to notice changes in not only my fitness level and body shape, but also my skill as well as physical and mental health, I just felt good!
I trained through my pregnancy and upon return after having my daughter. The coaches always ensured that I look after myself, modifying my workout without making me feel like I’m missing out.
I’ve made some great friends through Evolution Gym and although it’s a term commonly thrown around gyms these days, it really is like a family. When I can’t attend I really miss it.

I began training at Evolution Gym a little over 3-years ago. Two things struck me most when I attended my first few sessions, and have remained constant to this day: the first, is the high-quality coaching that each member receives; the second, is the sense of community that is present in the gym each day.

Not only has Evolution Gym helped me improve physically (and helped me achieve a number of martial art focused goals), but it has helped me cultivate the discipline, focus and clarity of mind that has aided my development in all areas of my life.

I want to thank Adrin, the Evolution Team and the Evolution Family for a fantastic 3 years. I am looking forward to many more!
