3 We've been with everyday independence for nearly a year and I am quite pleased with the service we are receiving. Our key worker, Annette is such a beautiful person and provides such great resources and advice to meet my sons needs. She's so flexible with her time. We have arranged to do an ulternative weekly session at home and daycare. She has also helped my sons daycare teachers with all his sensory needs providing lots of advice and assistance to help with my sons needs.
I recommend everyday independence. My son has come a long way since being with Annette the key worker.

Asked to see an OT specifically. They had a key worker who had a physio background. My son made no progress with OT and did not need a physio. The key worker had no idea what they doing, they did not have the training needed to be an OT. They did offer to have the OT sit in on a few sessions to give advice and direction but that never happened in the 12 months I was there. Would not recommend. They also used my yearly budget in 6 months and I have to end up putting double the amount of fund towards the sessions which ultimately were a waste of time.
My son made more progress in 3 weeks with a new OT than he did in a year here. Staff were also unprofessional and did not address any of my concerns.
No good! Charges for every little cent they can charge for. Literally charges 5 star quality costs for -1 Star experience. Not worth your time.
