Very satisfied with the impact Everyday Independence has had on my teenage son’s quality of life. I feel like the clinicians really worked towards supporting his goals. Travel time increased costs a little but worth it to have sessions at school and in the community.

If I could go back in time I would never have used this company as a provider. Im having trouble trying to write everything down to share with the community but i can’t do it. I haven’t got the energy. I advise anyone reading this to do your homework first if need a bathroom renovation. It has taken years to get mine done for safety and wheelchair friendly and then things didn’t get any better. The ongoing problems with the builders requirements ie measurements ect were wrong or not done at all that’s part of it. Very stressful time. Ive done two negative reviews in my life and this is number two.

With Everyday Independence, I have had speech therapy with Kate Morris, OT with Caitlin Mahony and PT with Michael Broadbent. It has given me greater communication and Independence. It has given me confidence that I can find a job and achieve my goals.

I have nothing but great things to say about the people I have worked with here. The Occupational Therapists are so wonderful, kind, friendly, welcoming and helpful. This service is already adding so much value to my daily life. And the responses and turn around time for everything is super efficient and quick, they even helped me set up a profile for a friend with similar health issues within a couple days and they got everything started for him very effectively. I highly recommend them!

Poor value for money. A waste of my NDIS funding. Told me that what I already know is everything they can teach me!
Asked for hands-on, tailored and advanced occupational therapy. Got basic and generic hands off advice with exercises printed from the Internet. These were painful for me to attempt.
Marketing blurb/website promises more than his delivered.
Not receptive to constructive feedback. Not prepared to correct an error filled report. Which is now only good for the waste paper recycling.
Overall a disappointing experience that caused pain, frustration and wasted my time.
I asked for practical help, I received theory and educational. No benefit felt from this NDIS expenditure/service provider.
Requested help with assistive devices… Was left to source and install myself!
If you want a great basic service. I’m certain this business can help you.
Chronic and complex conditions. I’m looking elsewhere.
"I realised this was all about numbers, payment and making it look as though treatment was taking place. ”
