My Dad's kitchen was recently renovated and the Evergreen Management Group team was First Class. A very professional group of tradesmen who excelled in every way. The reno job was within budget and on time and my Dad's kitchen looks awesome. We are very happy with the end product and can't thank Joe and his team for the excellent job. Undertook Evergreen Group's services for a full cosmetic renovation on a circa 1980's double brick townhouse in inner west Sydney.
Project brief had a pre-determined budget + time constraints and have to say, they absolutely knocked it out of the park!
Special mention goes out to Joe as this project would not have been possible without his advice, expertise & personal attention.
From his experience (and access) with trades to his knowledge of design right through to his time management & communication, Joe held our hand throughout the entire process and managed each detail from end to finer end.
Not everything went to plan however (plans rarely do), but Joe always had a plan B, C, D & beyond and when we identified a problem, he moved quickly to resolve it.
This allowed the project to always progress and kept our holding costs down.
Needless to say, we couldn't give Joe & The Evergreen Crew a stronger recommendation and will only be engaging them for all our building/renovation needs moving forward.
If you are looking for a tailored solution with a personal touch for a renovation (big/small) or new build, be sure to at least take a meeting with Joe. Many builders can do the job but will be hard to beat Evergreen on service, price and above all, customer experience.

I don't normally write reviews but for the quality of work delivered and dedication of the team at Evergreen I have. We could not have asked for a better project manager and team of professional tradesmen for a very reasonable price. Jimmy (PM) is very responsive (always available) and is a great communicator. He offered us valuable and practical advice throughout. Work was done within budget and on time. We are extremely happy with our home reno (bathrooms, flooring, electrical, painting). Tiling work was A1 thanks to his star tiler. Definitely will re-engage or refer Jimmy to others. Thanks Jimmy and team!

Jimmy and his team were excellent in completing our bathroom and home renovation. It makes it all the more easier when you have a project manager who is easy to communicate with, is readily available to chat to and is honest with issues that may arise. I love my beautiful newly renovated home thanks to Jim's excellent project management and his team of professional tradesmen. I often said throughout the renovation "I love working with you Jim" because he shared my passion for achieving a quality result. This included LOTS of communicating, advice, education, problem solving with simple and or creative solutions, patience, giving his honest opinion when my husband and I were debating our different ideas.and more patience. Jim also recommended various other businesses for items like tiles, bathroom ware and flooring which was also very helpful.

Jimmy's team of tradies were helpful and friendly when renovating my two bathrooms. Most importantly, they were very accommodating and flexible in regards to working with my schedule, and coming up with solution to unexpected issues.
