Eurohaus Prestige

Had posted a 5 Star before.but this is a follow up on it.
My tyres were pulling to the left badly and after chasing them for more than a month and several reminders "Wael" has failed to provide any assistance or fix to my car.

Really very disappointed with the lack of communication (which once impressed me a lot.) and complete ignorance to my car issues, Will not be recommending them to anyone further.

I have been servicing and repairing my 2015 Audi S4 at Eurohaus for the last couple of years and I have finally gotten around to write a review. I just want to say that honestly, in the last 35 years of driving and having cars and motorcycles serviced and worked on by mechanics, I have never received the level of service and care that Wael and the team have showed me over this time. I would have no hesitation in recommending Eurohaus to anyone who takes their vehicle and their driving seriously. Second to none. Thanks Mr W.

Referred by friends and first time here. Scheduled for a major service for my Mercedes A45 and very satisfied with the service. Very transparent with pricing and kept me updated. Provided recommendations on what needs to be done and showed before/after photos. They provided a complimentary car too so that was a bonus to continue on with the day as normal. Got my car back within the same day. Thanks Wael, Mary and the rest of the Eurohaus team that provided a great experience!

Eurohaus Prestige is real prestige service. Professionalism and Courtesy is what keep us coming back. In a big city like Sydney it is rare to find a place where the staff remembers your face, name and car. They are all friendly and knowledgable. Wael is very kind and helpfull, Merry is great welcomer. The staff are very nice and accomodating.
Everytime we bring the vehicle they diagnose the problem, always keep us aware of the issue and informed every step of the way, answering all questions and do a great job of fixing it.

Employee or customer in lowered black Audi RS hatchback was speeding before entering the workshop around 8: 30am on 12/01/2023.

I only written this review because it was at least double the speed limit in a bad road.

No concern for safety and other road user.

The guy drove into your driveway/entrance.

Perfection all round as per usual from the oerfect team at Eurohaus, would not trust my BMW's with anyone else!

Eurohaus did a professional job on replacing the engine for my Volvo XC60. Wael provided a lot of professional advice and detail in work. He cares about the work and even better is the after service follow up. He would not release my car until he personally checked and do the final test. He explained to me patiently in detail about my car's problem. My wife does not understand mechanic, however the way Wael explained made her fully understand. Thank you Eurohaux team.

I had my MB serviced at Euro Haus the first time last week. I had some concerns upon the completion of the service. Wael and David addressed my questions straight away and eased my worries. Very professional service, pay attention to details.
