Euro Coast Timber Floors

Very poor quality work with lots of gaps in the flooring. The floorer left numerous holes in the walls and just left. He also left glue on walls and other surfaces, never cleaned it. And they billed us with holes in the walls and the job not finished. I had to point out what their own quote included, so they could come back to finish the job. Use at your own risk.

Brodie and Tom came exactly when they said they would. They arrived early in the morning and worked until late in the afternoon every day for a week to make sure our floors were finished on time. The end product is amazing and exceeded all of our expectations. Our 130 year old timber floors are now as good as new without losing any of their original charm or character.

Nothing was ever too much trouble for Brodie. He set up different sample spaces and sent us photos of the different stains to help us choose the perfect finish. The level of professionalism from these two was extraordinary and we will definitely be using them to do the rest of the house when we can arrange it. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Brodie is a professional in every sense. The output (the floor!) looks fantastic. He gave excellent advice on the options, which made it easy to go with his recommendations. Although there is clearly demand for his services, Brodie worked around our other commitments (moving in and getting the kitchen done) without bother. When we had further questions about the options for our kitchen bench, Jenny researched directly with the company they use and got back to us with clear information.
