We were very happy with the service we received at Eureka Street Furniture at Tuggerah. Our sales assistant, Sophie, patiently answered our questions and helped us choose our dining room chairs. Nothing was too much trouble for her. We really liked her friendly service. The furniture is good quality and is affordably priced.

Delightful furniture shop with many unusual but very stylish and attractive items, the staff were attentive but happy to let us browse as we wanted. Good value sale on as well while we were there so we got what we were looking for at a great price.

While we were initially really happy with the staff at Eureka Street Tuggerah, within a month of purchasing our sofa bed (from floor stock), the arm snapped, and we were refused a paid-for repair or refund because i "rested my arm on it", and it is "not designed to take weight". Needless to say, this is now an issue before Fair Trading, so Buyer Beware!

Good luck I ordered a book case waited six week told it had arrived after I had to ring and ask, I was told it was available and drove from Sydney to be told it was the wrong one when I arrived, then they said they would deliver it on Tuesday it never came nobody rang, I rang they said we will deliver Friday it never came nobody rang, I cancelled my order due to bad customer service and was told sorry you don’t get your deposit back, worst customer service ever will never shop here again
