Eureka Street Furniture Ballina

I was in the Ballina store and it was such a disappointment. The woman, Natasha was sitting behind the desk couldn't even be bothered getting up. She just bellowed from behind the computer. The way she spoke to other customers was terrible and then was screaming at someone over the phone. I won't be back

Natasha provided the best service I have ever experienced and went the extra mile to insure that I received what I need. Thank you!

Walking into this store has been the most positive experience of filling our house with furniture, yet! I also would love to note that not only did I build a beautiful rapport with Maree, Tash was wonderful, happy and welcoming, she got spoken to by a customer so rudely and Tash kept her composure and still showed this lady the utmost respect!
