The receptionist is not well trained
When I asked for availability she just kept giving me other numbers from other companies and when i asked to put the name on waiting list, she was just refused and have no interest in customer.

Both my kids attended Eureka for therapy and we have found it a great place. It is a tad pricey but believe it is worth it. The Eureka team have always been lovely and helpful.

My son currently attends Eureka and has a team of 3 therapist Meeve, Yustina and Zeynep that he sees weekly. They are all great therapists and have built a beautiful relationship with my son and I see that every week when he runs off through the doors.

Zeynep Zelal Moroglu is my sons Senior Therapists and she has built such a lovely bond with him, she is extremely knowledgeable and works hard to push my son to do his best and master his programs. She is always very helpful and respectful with answering any questions I have and keeps me updated on sessions good or bad. I'm so grateful that my son has a wonderful team behind him with Zeynep, Meeve and Yustina!

Zeynap is amazing and kind. She is very dedicated and she has been helping my son with ASD since past 2 -3 months. I know it will still be a long road but I feel grateful my son is under her care.

Apart from that Carmen is extremely helpful and understanding to all my enquiries and arranging appointments to my son when it becomes available.

My son is also very lucky under the care and help from a strong team like Kamini, Karen, Sophie, Disha and Alisha. Thanks Eureka Learning Centre, you guys are amazing.

My 3 years old daughter started with Eureka, Bela Vista Centre about 6 month before. Since she started her ABA therapy with Eureka under Behavioural Analyst Kamini Kishore Kumar supervision and Senior Therapist Zeynep Zelal Moroglu as team leader, she improved a lot. Now she is picking simple words from her surroundings, understand simple instructions and her eye contact is not different then any other child.
From clinical meeting, through communication book and discussion after sessions, we (her parents) got tips and tricks to keep continuing her therapy at home.

Carmen is very helpful and understanding to all my enquiries.

ABA therapy really helped my child. Great therapists who work with my child and family to meet her individual learning and behaviour goals.

My children are going to Liverpool, showing good improvement.in 2 months, Amie is really sweet, really affectionate towards my children and also my kids loves and cuddle her they are adapting well. Samantha is very knowledgeable and the whole team is great.

Eureka is just an amazingly warm and welcoming place that offers an immense amount of continuous support and development opportunities for your children. The team at the Liverpool centre are just simply all superstars who make our lives so much easier and allow us to have hope for a better future for our kids. Thank you guys.

I feel very lucky that my child is attending Eureka Learning Centre, Liverpool. The best ABA professionals in the field of ABA NSW wide.very nice friendly environment, Centre got a slide, trampoline and all the required toys to help kids learn.

A team of professionals who really know what they are doing! The programs are awesome and we’ve seen a massive change and improvement in our child. It has changed our home lifestyle for the better. I highly recommend this training.

The best thing about Eureka Learning Centre Liverpool is that whole team is very hardworking and passionate towards helping kids.

Only money hungry, threatening behaviour by the admin staff. Not recommended. They will charge for the services not provided also doesn’t see any improvements in my kid going to them, On questioning their therapist she said we are pressured to bring more hours from the clients how can we devote to 1 kid!

I am blown away by the experience, qualification and dedication of staff. A unique behaviour intervention which I coudn`t find anywhere for an early age. The transparency in the structure and feedback regarding my child seems to be helping a lot. Glad to have such a clinic locally.

Eureka are currently helping my son with a variety of tasks. He will be in kindergarten next year and they are helping him to prepare for it with great results. I have definitely noticed a difference in the way listens and responds.

My daughter was a 6 years old non-verbal severely autistic. My hope was close to zero on her future when I am gone.
Our luck guided us to Karen and Sutri in Eureka. The centre applied intensive therapy for my child and explored her hidden abilities.
In six months of time, my baby can now tell what she wants, listen to us and follow instructions, give eyes contact and even write words and read books. It's ordinary now that she tells me " Can I have? " or " I want. ".
