Eureka Furniture Bathurst

Great service, staff who were super helpful. Lovely pieces, wish I'd had more in my pocket!

I bought a Boyland Brown Cabinet from Bathurst Store of Eureka Street Furniture Yesterday. The Store Manager Michael gave me Excellent Customer Service, and was very helpful too. The Cabinet was Chipped at Two places, which were covered with a Paint Marker by Michael on my request, as I was in desperate need to buy the cabinet, and didn't want to reject the Cabinet because of the two chips; one was on Front & one was on the side. After, I got the delivery, I found more places inside, and on Shelves were the paint was Chipped. I had to cover those chipped places with markers. Also, the Cabinet was full of Dust inside, and beneath the shelves the paint was severely faded as it seems that they were handled very poorly during movement. To me it seems that I was given a Displayed piece of Cabinet instead of a New Cabinet. Yes, I was given 70% discount as it is an 'End of Line' Sale, but, that 70% discount was given on a New Cabinet and not on a Displayed or Damaged Cabinet. I am really NOT HAPPY WITH THE QUALITY OF THIS CABINET. I should be Compensated for keeping this Bad Quality and Damaged Cabinet, because I paid for a New Cabinet. If the Store want me to buy more furniture from them in Future, and also want me to Reccomend the Store to other Prospective Buyers, then, please Compensate me. Bathurst is a Small Country Town, and the Reputation of Any Furniture Store depends on 'Word of Mouth' in this town. Thanks. Sunit

Went there for the half price sale. The piece of furniture I looked at a month earlier was still the same price, but had "apparently" been reduced by 50 percent. Hmmmm, it must of doubled in price in 4 weeks then? Pretty sure that's an illegal practice

We found a lovely hardwood table at a great price, and the young man who helped us was just the right balance of friendly and helpful without being overbearing.

Her beautiful warm and welcoming nature with helping keep my little ones entertained was amazing! Shopping with small children can be stressful but not with Wendy around! I have received excellent customer service both by salesman, Steve, and the two gentlemen who transported the furniture to my home. Their unpacking was impeccable and they took great care ensuring that there was no damage done to the furniture.
I would return to shop at Bathurst- Eureka Street to purchase furniture again.
