I’ve been seeing Zoe for acupuncture now since 2022 and all I can say is wow! I have a range of health issues and Zoe knows exactly how to treat and help me through each one. Zoe’s calming nature and experience is why I continue to return. I am so grateful to have found her, thank you so much Zoe!

Incase anyone doesn’t want to read my long review I just want to start by saying Zoe is amazing. I came to see Zoe in 2022 after going through a miscarriage, I rang her crying and she fitted me in straight away so I could see her before ovulation for that month. We fell pregnant the next cycle, I have no doubt in my mind that both Zoe’s knowledge and calming nature was the reason our pregnancy was so successful and that we now have a beautiful little boy. I also suffered severe pregnancy sickness and continued to go to Zoe throughout the whole pregnancy which helped relieve some of the sickness. I will 100% be going back when we are ready to try again and recommend her to everyone who asks.

Zoe and Sam made me feel so comfortable and cared for every session I had prior and throughout my pregnancy. I can’t recommend Coastal Wellness Cottage more, they are extremely knowledgeable, professional and nurturing.

I have had my third session with Samantha - and what she has done in terms of relieving chronic sciatic pain (over 20 years) has been extraordinary. I have been virtually pain free since the message sessions started with no need to take medications. I am sleeping better and enjoying not being in constant pain 24/7. I decided to see Zoe for acupuncture at 36weeks as I was being induced at 39weeks based on past history. I wanted to try and prepare my body as much as possible to reduce the need for interventions.
All the doctors and midwife’s were super impressed with my cervix and how I laboured. I was able to bypass parts of the induction!
The space is stunning, Zoe made me feel comfortable and I throughly enjoyed the little nap whilst the needles worked their magic.

Zoe is fantastic with her knowledge and skills in acupuncture! Zoe was my first experience with acupuncture and provided a very safe and comfortable space. I have been getting facial acupuncture for the last couple of weeks and the results are evident. Not only has cosmetic acupuncture been delivering great results, but we have also managed to relieve my tight jaw with acupuncture in the process.

This was my first experience with acupuncture and it certainly wont be my last! I went in to treat muscle tension related headaches/migraines and this treatment was the first alternative to consuming harmful drugs that helped.
What caught my attention about Zoe was the fact that she kept track of my headaches and before every session, she would ask relevant questions and kept record of my answers. So not only the acupuncture helped with muscle relaxation but she also made me realize some other factors that contributed to my headaches.
After a few sessions I noticed an improvement, I will consider trying acupuncture in the future to treat other issues.
