Very Disappointed in the way my Jacket was cleaned. I don't believe it was done at all. Will not be using this dry cleaners again

I took my wool coat in for dry cleaning, and it came back with white marks on the lining and pet hair still on it. My sister also had issues with her stuff there so I didn’t bother taking it back to fix. Will go somewhere else.

I was in Ettalong from the Gold Coast QLD for a 60th Birthday party. We stay at the Mantra for a night.
Unfortunately the room iron was disgraceful for a white man's dress shirt.
I walked across the street Saturday at 11am to the dry cleaners that closed at 12 noon and asked if he could press my shirt.
The reply was absolutely can you return just before 12 noon.
When I returned to collect my shirt, I asked the gent the cost. He replied this is on there house.
I said no, please what is the cost. He replied, no this is on the house.
What a business gentleman and fantastic customer service.

Just picked up my previously very muddy wedding dress. I thought there was no hope in rescuing it, but it came up a treat and didn’t cost the world to fix either!

Amazing results steaming a very important garment for a special occasion, super friendly customer service, quick and efficient. Definitely recommend and will definitely be returning.

Highly recommend this business, great service and price. We have an Airbnb property and the linen always comes back so clean and fresh. At times we have dropped of a load very last minute and Rex always gets it back to us in time with no issues. Great local family business, would not go anywhere else.

Rex is stellar and from dry cleaning to alterations, it's evident they take pride in their work. This is the only place I trust to dry clean the expensive stuff.

"Drop Your Pants" is a good solid service that is reliable and consistent. I have used them many times and love how they easily take dry cleaning off my list. I would recommend them to anyone in the area.

Brought a brand new $80 business shirt in for dry cleaning and it was returned with a burn mark on the back. Took it back and was told the mark was there when it was brought in and was given only $4.60 compensation. Do not recommend and appalling attitude by a local business!
