This has been one of my worst recruitment agency experience. The agent in question promoted the role and I did get an interview with the client. From my summation the interview went really well and the feedback the agent told me was to that extent. I didn't hear back from the agent for 2 weeks despite having to chase him up myself. I managed to secure a final round which I was told was just a formality as they have decided on my candidacy.

Again I did not hear back from this agent at all. If I was unsuccessful I am more than happy to get some closure but this agency acted very unprofessionally. I have sent half a dozen emails and calls to see what areas I could improve etc. In my 20 year professional career experience here in Australia I can easily rank this agency on the bottom of my list. The irony of using Ethos as your corporate name is well warranted.

I'm surprised at any bad reviews here. In 15 years of contracting this is the best agency I've dealt with. Julie is an absolute star and everyone from payroll is super helpful and lovely. They know the teams in the companies they deal with and help you at every step.
Even after starting work they stayed in contact with me and are open and approachable.
