ETC - Enterprise & Training Company

Studying with ETC Grafton is a positive experience for me. The course is well-structured and facilitated by knowledgeable instructors. The training materials are well-presented, making it easy to understand and apply knowledge. Additionally, resources are easy to obtain and regular contact with my trainer, David creates a conducive learning environment. Overall, my time with ETC Grafton is very positive and I would highly recommend it to others seeking professional development opportunities.

Through ETC I have gotten opportunities of study and career paths that I never would have gotten otherwise. My teacher David has been extremely supportive and easy to work with. Kelley has been absolutely amazing to work with! She goes above and beyond to help me and always makes her self available for me. She always keeps in contact and follows through with what she says she will do. Kelley is always approachable whether it's work, study or anything else that may be going on. She always keeps me in the loop with any appilcable courses or certficiates that are running for free.

Every other staff member that I have had contact with from ETC has been helpful and friendly.

Kelley Beneke came into my life at a really tough time, she has been nothing but helpful and supportive, she constantly checks up on me and ask how work is going and how I am, I am incredibly grateful for all she has done for me.

I’ve been with etc twice now and Kelley has by far been by best advisor yet, she has helped me secure a second job that I’ve wanted for nearly two years and has helped me greatly, highly recommend!

Over the last few years Mary-Terese, Barry, and Rod (and others) have been so kind and helpful. I have really benefited from their experience and expertise. Unfortunately I have had to change providers as the current atmosphere is caustic, and some staff have displayed unprofessional and patronising behaviour, treating clients without compassion and understanding. This is understandable as, in my experience, this thinking is evident in upper management.

When I first started this course I was feeling down and doughted myself generally but Dave has retired my confidence And I feel like I'm going to get a job and improve my outlook on life In fact I find the staff at etc Grafton to be very helpful and they are lovely people

As I entered ETC GRAFTON, I had no recent skills or work experience to show any employer. ETC ensured me that that things are okay, we sat down and did a Resume, where I learned very quickly that I have many Skills and and Experiences for work. I've entered a course helping me with basic computer skills, how to find work ect, So Deadly. I have learnt so much whilst doing this course. I've also completed my First Aid. Thanks ETC Grafton

Would highly recommend Kelley, she has helped me with more then I could have asked for, she has always told me if I needed anything or even just a phone call that she is there for me, I couldn't have asked for a better advisor! Couldn't be happier with the help I've received in the last few months. In a difficult time too find work, Kylie and Sam from ETC took me on and made a dream become a reality. I’ve always been passionate about the transport industry and I only had to tell them that. They were straight to work! They gave me an amazing opportunity of work experience for four weeks and helped me with several job applications. I 110% would recommend ETC to anybody!
