Had the pleasure of meeting trainer Seb for a first aid course.
He provided quality knowledge and very hands on with training.
Appreciated his help and good sense of humour.

I’ve been trained in first Aid and cpr from Sebastian Goldhorn and I highly recommend not just the company but the trainer above mentioned.
He is amazing. His knowledge and commitment go behind the expectation.
He has great communication skills, knowledge on all topics and made our long day so worth our time. He also supported us during the online assignment.
The all group was really satisfied too!
The communication with the company is easy and clear.

He was encouraging, supportive and understanding of my situation at work. He sets out realistic study goals to suit my busy schedule. Always happy to answer any questions I have throught the phone or in person, if I ever needed help.

I realy enjoyed the RSA course. The trainer Meagan at Ballina ETC is amazing very friendly and she explains every thing in a way that is easy to understand

Seb is an excellent teacher and the CPR First Aid course was both engaging and thorough. Now I can blow the dust off that first aid kit and be ready to put it to good use when needed.

ETC ‘s training manager Lisa is awesome to work with. Asset College needed to run training for security employment in Ballina - Lisa not only assisted us with a training facility but also networked us across the region - legend.

Crystal and Meagan have been unbelievably fantastic at ETC Ballina. Not only have they found me a job but they also have helped me with all the stuff that an old person struggles with like technology. These two ladies are a formidible combination. Meagan is very calming, confidence inspiring and knowlegable, while Crystal is the can do whirlwind. She helped me find not 1 but 2 jobs, not an easy thing to accomplish for me, superb tchnical skills and the best job network person I have dealt with in 20 years. I short they are just awesome and I'm really happy to have them on my side. Thanks ladies

ETC were always helpful friendly and professional to me when i was in appointments. I found them to be very accommodating. They tried very hard meet my needs.

Having previously worked in the Employment Industry twenty years ago & with a knowledge of DES I've found my experience on the other side of the desk exactly what I would have hoped for.
All Staff I've encountered @ Ballina & Byron have been Professional & Courteous. A special mention for Megan, who has been very understanding of my 'health & well-being' and at times seems to be 'going over & above' her duties in an effort to support me, however I've come to realise she is simply brilliant at Her Role.not just doing her job.

The staff members here do an incredible job. They're all extremely helpful and friendly. My current DES support worker is amazing; she makes the whole process incredibly smooth and hassle-free. I can't recommend this place enough.
