ETC - Enterprise & Training Company

These guys sent me to do training and offered to pay for the costs incurred. I thought this was really nice of them. Afterwards, when I approached them about reimbursing me for those items, they ceased responding to my emails, and then finally after calling them repeatedly, they asked me to send through the receipts, and then asked me for the same receipts again, and then asked me to send them through a third time. Finally, without reimbursing me for those items, they ghosted me and handed me off to another job provider, leaving me out of pocket.

Very grateful for ETC. Super nice, super helpful and accommodating crew! Dan at ETC Byron Bay is a legend! He got me on the NEIS program and helped turn my dream into a business! 5 stars! Thanks guys!

Incredibly helpful, professional, kind, and courteous. Amanda helped me every step of the way and I got the position I was looking for. She responded promptly to all of my questions and gave great pointers and advice. I also completed my First Aid and CPR training through ETC in a 2 day course and it very thorough and quite fun! I highly recommend this office and it's staff.

The staff at Byron ETC are the best, such a great bunch of caring people happy to help in any way they can.

Most rude people and unhelpful people I’ve ever met. I had to get a transfer out of there and they weren’t even competent enough to transfer me to the right place. I can’t put into words how much I’d never ever like to go back here. Save your mental health and go to any other place.

Kirsty is the BEST. I've had my fair share of jobactive providers over the past ten years and it's always been a difficult and painful experience. That all changed when I was paired up with Kirsty. She is kind, sweet, switched-on and ready to help. She also actually listens and takes an active interest in how I am doing. If only more jobactive providers were like her. *sigh* Thanks mate!
