I have been privileged to be associated with Bec, the team manager, who has provided support with high-income teaching jobs, including applications and negotiation tips for relocation packages. I have always felt like a VIP, as ETC streamlined my needs and offered constant, relevant assistance. I have so much respect for the professionalism of this service, and I cannot thank you enough.

So far ETC has been really wonderful, empathetic and helpful to me and my struggles as a young, neurodivergent woman.

Working with dave has been the best experience ive had through etc he helped me find a job at subway which further led to a better job at a resteraunt cooking, cleaning and serving food to customers 5 days a week, i wouldnt go through anyone else for job employment as my etc worker was always happy to help with anything and was always down for a chat even if it was about how i was going in life

My experience with ETC has been very positive, I feel very grateful for the professional and insightful workshop programs ETC trainers provide and the forms of assistance that are provided face to face and through telephone and video conference appointments.

The Receptionist is very lovley and welcoming like all the consultants and staff at ETC. The ETC environment is a professional, safe, welcoming and clean atmosphere and has a variety of current resources available for clients.

My employment consultant Jarayln Barber has been so welcoming, helpful, courteous and caring and Jaralyn is always so efficient in communicating with me. I have not felt alone, with Jaraylns encouragment and assistance and caring manner.

Jaralyn is highly dedicated to her role in helping clients flourish and achieve their goals, and she is always kindly willing to help her clients, in a person centred approach that reflects each client.

Shane at ETC has been helping Birdon to grow our team in Port Macquarie. Shane is proactive, responsive, and a pleasure to deal with. He has introduced us to multiple job-ready candidates who fit our criteria and are now Birdon employees. I highly recommend Shane to any business looking for support in their recruiting process.

My experience with Etc has overall been great. Emma has been great support. And assisting me with training and getting me everything I need for work. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND EMMA and etc staff. Great organisation to be involved in.

Edit- problem was resolved with the manager who was very caring and polite.

I accidentally missed an initial appointment due to being unwell and unstable. I called to reschedule and was rudely told about how I've messed everything up and told off for a accident causing me to have a mental break down. This is not how you treat customers and those who are seeking help, I've had many problems with ETC as young adult and now again I've been treated poorly and horribly. I'm really not okay with this and didn't need to be put down for an honest mistake. After this I'll be switching providers promptly because I don't deserve to feel worse than I already do on a daily basis.

Etc Port Macquarie are the most kind and helpful people. They have helped me get what I need for my TAFE course to be able to complete it. They check in often to make sure I'm going okay and if I need any help. I would highly recommend them.

Really helpful and will g above and beyond to help with hat they can, even with things they cant as well! I would like o personally thank Laura and scoot for helping me with most of my thing.they have been helpful beyond belief and I look forward to keep working with them:)

ETC has personally given me amazing support and have open many new opportunities. This company will help you in any aspect that you feel you need support with, at any stage of your life without judgment. I am so thankful for Tayla Williams, who I've been lucky enough to work with, as she has helped me feel comfortable and has created a safe space for my opinions and ideas to be heard. So far I’ve had the most amazing experience I’ve come from a very hard time in my life and Jaralyn has just shown the biggest heart and care factor where I believe in these days is becoming a very rare quality. Etc has been and always been a very easy going friendly place and the customer service these people give is beyond anywhere else I’ve seen.very pleased.
