Having been successfully self employed for over 35 years I found myself needing the support of Centrelink. Having never required any form of assistance financial or otherwise I was very grateful to be able to receive this. As part of that assistance I was required to report to and attend regular bi weekly meetings with Shauna, at ETC Tweed Heads South the designated service provider in my area.
My discovery and personal experience during the 7 months of my reporting has changed substantially and could not been more of a contrast from the half baked approach I started with never realising how important this period of time was going to be for my future. Having never been on any Centrelink payments I had zero understanding of what was expected of me and only did the absolute bare minimum required of me.
As my health situation improved I started to find the clarity and desire to want to put the energy and effort into relaunching my consulting business again.
At 63 years of age and after a 4 year absence from any type of work and a complete and total loss of confidence.
I was in a very dark and difficult place much more difficult than I ever let be known.
Never could I have imagined how incredibly important the contribution has been from Shauna, in helping me get back on track. It has been nothing short of exceptional.
Shauna, had recognised I was clearly a long way off being the best version of myself and adjusted with subtlety and some quality fine tuning to get me
re engaged and back in the real world. The level of genuine and sincere empathy I have personally felt has had such a positive impact on me making me determined to relaunch my business and enjoy the many benefits and rewards I have always been so fortunate to receive.
I could honestly not be more grateful or thankful to Shauna, who has been such a magnificent support that I I’m very happy to be able to express my gratitude in this way.
Having previously been the chairman of the (AICS) Australian Institute Of Customer Service for a number of years I know my fair share about great customer service. I estimate I’ve had some 25 meetings at ETC office and every time you enter the office the vibe and friendly way you are greeted is so nice and welcoming. On a number of occasions I’ve had to meet with Sacha and Malita, and they are all so positive and super professional. This is not the easiest of times for many people how amazing are the Tweed Heads South team.

Really nice and helpful staff unlike the other provider I had. I've only been with them a short while and I'm on track to have my own business very soon. They actually ask what work you'd like to do and give you the resources to make it a possibility not just jam you in a job you're going to hate

Disappointed after reading these reviews. I found the staff not helpful and incompetent both Megan and Tayla were not helpful at all and if I could rate NO STARS I would. Remember girls it doesn't hurt to be nice to people glad I moved onto a new provider definitely would not recommend DISAPOINTED

I Highly recommend Megan Tyson for the simple fact that she is friendly professional and most of all down to earth, just a genuine great person and that's rare this days.

My experience with ETC tweed heads has been extremely successful.
My assigned case worker (Tayla Kerwin) provided me an abundance of support as well as guidance through my search for work. For someone who hasn’t been on new start for over 20 years I really had minimal knowledge of what this job provider had to offer me! My first meeting with Tayla was to figure out when I would be ready to get back into employment and where I would like to begin my new career. My next appointment was all about updating my resume to suit today’s recruitment processes. MUST DO!
ETC Tweed heads are an extremely proactive as well as supporting Team. They funded My HR license course, work attire for casual employment which they also sourced for me in the interim wait for my new career, petrol cards for travel, pre-employment medical and also went to an extra length to pay for my Flights to start in the career that I had chosen.

I am now employed full time on the mines and extremely greatful for The support I received from Tayla and her team @ ETC tweed heads
