I am so grateful for the amazing support I receive from Dana. She is always waving my flag and encouraging me to work towards my goals. I could not be more impressed with the level of service and professionalism that was displayed when ETC recruited for two positions at my new takeaway shop. Kim was extremely professional and attentive, and very efficiently sent me through 4 good quality candidates for the roles to be filled. All dealings we have had were very poor, potential candidates presented to us were not what we asked for, when we finally found and employed a trainee we couldn't get a response from a ETC trainer assigned to assist her with her required course therefore we had to do the training ourself, when we finally reached the trainer she advised that ETC wouldn't give her a mobile phone so we could only communicate via email with the trainer which she never returned anyway. We were only able to get a good trainer assigned when we advised ETC that we wouldn't be employing anyone else through ETC.

Hello, I have been working with etc for awhile now, its a very calm and supportive work space I really love how the staff members at Coffs harbours ETC care and support everyone it just makes everything a lot easier. One person who has really helped me is Jess Harpley she has helped me with everything is always happy an pushing me to get further & active my goals, she works very hard to help me do what I want in the future and it has really helped me so far.she has pushed for lots of things i thought would never happen. Another thing was Tammie in the work shops she's an amazing strong woman.very good at her job always trying to show the brighter side of life making everything bit more fun and happier.thank you

ETC helped me gain confidence and skills for what I would need to know in a workplace with their workshops they offer.

My youth advisor Jess has been such a great help for me with giving me new Job applications when she finds out about them and always go above and beyond when I am having trouble with anything.

Had excellent dealings with all at ETC. Helpful and considerate during some trying times. I was supported in what I was following up to upgrade skills for future employment. I've now secured Full-time ongoing work thanks to assistance received from ETC Coffs Harbour. Special mention and Big Thanks to Aaron for all his effort, time and encouragement.
