These people in the office are so happy and friendly will go that extra mile to help you get a job they always put 200% in absolutely recommend these guys at etc to anyone trying to get a job

When I first started in the ttw program it was great, was looking forward to a new and exciting experience. Basically feel like I was set up to fail didn't get enough training, Lack of leadership some staff always on leave and lack of communication within the program

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Shane Gill from ETC on many occasions and always found him professional and courteous.

My experience with ETC has been excellent. My employment service provider is Dena in the Kempsey office and she has been awesome!
I recently moved from Sydney back to the Mid north Coast after losing a close relative down there.
Dena has been understanding and extremely helpful, making my transition so much easier. Dena has also assisted me to enrol and participate in some courses which will help me to widen my job prospects. Dena is awesome! Thank you Dena

There is a fantastic worker at etc who has gone above and beyond for my partner
this awesome case workers name is Jodey,
Jodey has been his case worker for a time and has since then assisted him in any endeavour he's come across and brought him nothing but the best positivity and confidence she has a brilliant understanding of people and that of mental health she brings a warm and welcoming feeling into the workplace so we both feel with a % certainty that Jodey should be commended for her skills and recognised as a real value to the team.

Had trouble with them when I was with them about a year ago moved back recently and have been placed with a new guy Ben who is new at ETC Kempsey and have managed to land a job through them. Only giving 4 stars as they passed me around the office for a few months before giving me to Ben and because of past experiences but much happier than last year.

Dena from ETC Kempsey has been very helpful and insightful during these trying times and adapted well to the digital age of COVID-19. Highly Recommend! Keep up the good work!

My last provider was APM. They were pure evil, causing me to have panic attacks. Today I had my first contact interview with these guys. Got this chill guy named Ben, was an ACTUAL FREAKING HUMAN! Can you believe it? ! 5 stars, that guy was so chill and helpful, better hope you get him if you join here:)

The people working in etc are some of the nicest people I've met in my experiences, they are always offering to help me when i'm not sure what to do, always showing me new paths to try, going out of their way to think of ways to improve my skills and just in general trying to make my situation better, i really appreciate the people who work here, especially Dena, who works so hard to help me advance in my career:)

Had a great time at cta course meet nice people shared some life experiences leaned a lot about computers such as emails fixing up resumes and had a great teacher patient fun loving and very passionate about the job training and teaching you how to get more confident to get back in the work force thank you Debbie Mowle

ETC were really pro active with helping me find a job considering I was only with them for three days thanks Brooke in TtW for helping me find full time work after being with her only for only a short period TtW are amazing ️
