A special thanks to Aine, my Case Manager, whose sincere and consistent persistence in ushering me toward employment resulted in me being happily employed with a local business. Thanks also to Donna, the Manager, who, always with her calm and pleasant demeanour, authorised any financial assistance Aine suggested. I was provided with training, resulting in licences that will hold me in very good stead regarding future employment. I was also provided with all the work wear I required - all of excellent quality.

I would like to acknowledge the incredible Eve from ETC Murwillumbah for supporting our son Jesse in both gaining a 10 day trial at a fabulous locally owned business which has now become a 2 year training in which he will achieve certification in hospitality and retail. Eve went above and beyond for Jesse, her particular way was encouraging, positive and productive. We are very grateful. We would also like to thank Ben who took Jesse to the initial interview. Absolutely horrendous customer service, Dealing with the Murwillumbah office, the lady on the front desk tasked with providing recruitment services has no customer relation skills whatsoever. She consistently left me feeling belittled, frustrated and annoyed. I have never experienced such arrogance in my life. No training or support offered at all. I'm now transferring to another provider.

Wrong phone number on display. DO NOT CALL the 1800 number, it is NOT an etc office. Ride women are waiting on the end of the line

Sitting here for over 15 minutes waiting for my appointment and not one person has walked out from back room and acknowledged me! Can hear them talking about their holiday plans! What a joke
