Jess Harpley from the Nambucca Branch was my job provider and all I can say is how amazing and understanding she is. She helped me through a lot of things and even when I wasn't in the best of moods she still had my back. My friend had a funeral that she really needed to go to, but the staff threatened to cut off all help if she didn’t go to the meeting on that day, forcing her to miss the funeral. If it’s not their own life, they don’t care about it

Treats genuine jobseekers like garbage with little to no assistance. Fails to notify its clients about upcoming meetings and subsequently punishes them for not attending.
