I cannot give enough credit to the staff at etc especially Kylie and Mick who have looked after me and treated me with respect. Kylie has made me feel like I'm her most important client every time I walk in the door. If you need employment help then etc is where you want to go.

Had a great experience with the TTW (transition to work) team! Everyone is very attentive and friendly, with a strong sense of professionalism.definitely made things a lot easier.

Nothing but respect for ETC Lismore, especially Darryl, they have helped me through soo much this year.
They are not just trying to get you in and out, they actually care about your health and well being. Darryl noticed I didn't seem myself and he helped me through mental health, got me onto a councillor and treated me soo well.
Hes now got me onto a job I'm really excited about and keen for. Thankyou soo much Darryl and ETC Lismore for all the help. I'll be referring friends and family to there.

My experience with ETC has helped me grow as a person. When I needed help through rough times they were there, always assuring me that asking the right people for help can and has change your life! I'd like to personally thank my case manager Darryl at Lismore ETC, If I needed help he'd be offering me a hand before I'd finished explaining my situation! Darryl understands all walks of life, I respect his guidance and am very greatful for him giving me my self-confidence that I'd lost forever!
