Scam! Harassment!
They didn't give me a quote but said my strata will pay for it and they know my strata, so not to worry. Ended up with $450 for just less than 5 mins of work (turned on the tap switch for me), and the bill goes to me. $450!? Really?

I left a negative feedback on here then a guy from their company called me few times and requested me to remove my review! I denied his request and told him not to call me again but then he said he'll give me time to consider and called me days and nights. It was kinda scary that a guy called my number and they know where I live, so I removed my review and the calls stopped.

I have moved out from that apartment and saw the $450 charge from my statement half years ago, I can't stand of it and I reckon people deserve to know what kind of company it is.

Awesome experience! Was able to come out same day and fix the problem at a reasonable cost. Both the receptionist and plumber were helpful and professional! We are really appriciated with their work.
Will definitely use ET Plumbing Service again next time and recommend them to others.

Ed from ET Plumbing was brilliant with the job I engaged him to do. It was a complex job involving digging and installing a storm water pit below a concrete drive before the concrete was poured. He connected the driveway drains and the existing downpipes to the pit, installed an additional downpipe from the guttering at the rear of my property and then installed the sump pump to the outlet pipe to take the collected storm water out to the street gutter. Ed was professional in everything he did, cleaned up everything after he was completed but possibly what was most impressive was that he always turned up on time on each day he attended my property and informed me of the delays when they occurred. He listened carefully to what I requested and was able to offer suggestions to improve my original requests. I would have no hesitation in recommending Ed and ET Plumbing Services to anyone requiring plumbing services. His price was also reasonable.
