Long time customer no more. Despite this place offering a great variety of party supplies, I cannot continue to support them with my business. The man that works on the counter (presumably the owner) is unprofessional and inappropriate. It is just such an unpleasant experience having to try to smile politely through his creepy questions and comments. It's cringe worthy and such a shame that he has ruined his own business.

Had a horrifying experience with the male staff member (owner?). I overheard foul swearing between him and another customer but because I was desperate to buy some party supplies, I eventually made it to the check out. The man asked me "where are you from? " I said my background is indian. He went on to tell me I was "actually pretty for an Indian" then without any shame continued to talk about how the Indian people with darker complexions should be working in horror movies as they look "so ugly. " I couldn't believe this conversation was still going on. He also said that indian women look better in western clothing. I don't know where the good reviews came from; perhaps those customers made their purchase when this extremely rude man was not working.

Pat and his daughter inlaw were wonderful, helping me and all the other customers was not a problem

Prices are reasonable compared to others, most items you wamt for a party are here plus hire items

After a few things for a party, ended up buying more than I needed, but all great prices, so much variety. Wife even got a free 2023 Calander. Will go there 1st next time, save me money & time.

I've been to this shop so many times and this place have so many party supplies to choose from perfect for all party needs.

The only reason for a 1 star is that I cannot give a 0.
I have called them twice prior to picking up an order in regards to a Gender Reveal balloon inquiring on price and that if they have the confetti to which I was advised was $30 and yes they provide the confetti. As it will be a surprise for my partner and I, my partner took the sealed envelope from the doctor with our baby’s gender to the shop, ordered the balloon and asked that if he’s gonna put the confetti inside to which the owner said yes. He asked my partner to step out so he can do the balloon and also so my partner can put the back seats down in the car to fit it. Later that afternoon, we popped the balloon and to our disappointment there was no confetti. There was however a small piece of paper with a cartoon boy on it. It seems like he got the paper inside the envelope we gave him and shoved the paper inside the balloon and that was it. When we came to the shop a week after with the proof of receipt, the piece of paper with the gender and a video proving that there wasn’t any confetti, the owner said he was not advised to put confetti and that it cost extra. If so, we weren’t told at all as we would note than happy to pay extra for it. He also went on to say that he’s done many gender reveals before and it was not his responsibility to look at the gender either! He would not admit to his incompetence and poor service and refused to refund our money. We have taken this to Fair Trading and he is sticking to his story and no refund.
He has ruined a day that would’ve been one of our happiest days considering we have been trying for awhile and the situation just made us very disheartened and very upset. You have ruined it all for us!

Huge condensed complex. Having a party and need supplies. Then this is the place to go and experience good customer service.

Friendly staff and excellent range of helium filled balloons and other party / function supplies. They deliver balloons all made up and decorated to request to the venue as well. Cost is not exorbitant either. I've used them three times now for medium to large occasions fairly recently and haven't been disappointed with anything!

Very inefficient. Dont but their balloons and get it blown there. They charge for $25.00 per number and it's not as nice as big w and dollar shops quality for quarter of their price. Feeling ripped, waste of time.

Champion store run by a champion. The shop to come to for all your party/non party needs. Happy, helpful service with fairly priced goods. I wish I had known about Essey Bros before! 10 out of 10. Achilles

Huge place. They supply everything you need for a party. They were cheap and better priced compared to other party shops. I hired a large bottle of helium gas. It cost me less then I thought it would. The owners are very nice & friendly people.

Got some balloons from here for our wedding. The service was great. Highly recommended and prices are quite reasonable. They even offered us some strawberries they had at the time.

Great party store with large range. From essentials like cutlery & all sorts of sized plates to themed decorations and balloons and helium balloons. Also have some not so common items like gel fire lights for baine Marie.

Unbelievable service. Loving people. Beautiful family looking to look after you at any cost! Thank you Pat and family for saving us and delivering when we needed you most!
