I was booking an appt for 1.5 hours prior same day and was told I had to make a deposit! I said I don’t like giving out my card details and obviously it’s not going to be a no show. They asked if I’d like to find another salon! Unbelievable. No idea about customer service. I’m a local and live 5 minutes away. They’ve lost me! I can’t support businesses that operate like this!

Amy's knowledge and skill was fantastic. It was great to gain ideas and honest feedback. One of the best shoulder, arm and head massages I have ever had with a facial. The facial was superb. The whole experience was 10 out of 10 and I very much look forward to booking further appointments.
