I just had a braz wax with Melanie, I’m 34 weeks pregnant and she was absolutely amazing! Highly recommend. Was talking to me the whole time to distract me.

They changed out my nose stud when it fell out but they were a bit pushy and rushed me just a little bit but overall it was good

These girls were absolutely awesome! 10 stars if I could give it. My youngest daughter had one of those horror stories with having her ears pierced for her 5th birthday. That time we went to a chemist who got the machine stuck in both ears, had to rip one out causing her ear lope to split and huge pain. She was horrified of the thought of ever trying again. 4 years to the day and we decided to try again at essential beauty. The girls were so awesome. They were so friendly, professional & caring, Calming my nervous 9 year old down, even gave her a teddy to hold onto and we’re so quick and easy with it. It was amazing, so glad we went to essential beauty rouse hill. Your girls rock!

I get my waxing from here regularly. All the girls are very talented. Special callout to Tara and Claudia who make me feel very comfortable and perform waxing so quickly.

I recently came to get a few piercings done, my piercer was very friendly and lovely but I was really disappointed because after piercing my conch she asked if she could re pierce it as it was pierced crooked and on an angle. She then removed the jewellery from the piercing and repierced it using the same needle from the first attempt. I’ve come here for many of my piercings but probably won’t be back after this one. My piercer was very apologetic but I wasn’t happy with the service

I got my ears and nose done, the whole time the lady who served us was so helpful and sweet. I 10/10 recommend for anyone looking to get piercings done to go here as the staff are very sweet and get the job done. The piercings look great and are super cute!

My 11 year old had her ears pierced (for the first time). The ladies were so professional! Booked on the phone (later found out we could have done it online). In and out in less than 10 minutes. Great selection of earrings too.

Lash tint and lift only worked on 1/3rd of one eye leaving a bad final appearance as you can imagine. Once completed they did not clean my eye area off, I had to peel away what looked like dried glue from under and above my eye as soon as I left. Worst lash lift, I wish I never got it as I look worse off.

We brought our 10 months old daughter here for ear piercing. Was really easy and quick. Staff was really amazing. We thought our little one will keep crying for whole day but she just cried for 5 minutes and now she is playing happily doesn't even know that her ears got wholes now. They even gave sanitizer spary to use around piercing areas to not get that place infected.

I went with my ten week old baby to put her earrings on. One of the girls who attended us, marked the points where the earrings should go, I accepted and they proceeded to place them. My baby started to cry and screamed in pain, they left the room so I could calm her down and when I checked why my baby was crying so much I realized that one of the earrings had been placed in the hardest part of the ear, much higher than where the point had been marked. I went out to tell the lady what was happening and she tells me, you want me to put the earring back, no problem, I can relocate it. So she removed the earring and she proceeded to put a new earring on her. This person never apologized to me, she was very cold and the only thing that she did was charge the money and give me the second box of earrings that she had to open. It was a horrible experience, which I do not wish on anyone, my newborn baby experienced something very painful and stressful, I never received an apology, the lady did not check if she did her job well. I do not recommend this place at all.

I got my cartilage pierced here. It was ok until I realised the ring was too small and I got an irritation bump. It took 3 weeks for the bump to appear. I went to get my earring changed somewhere else and they told me they couldn’t fit the earring in because guess what. My ear was pierced with a nose ring instead of a proper cartilage ring. I picked the biggest ring they had and it was still too small. I paid 90 dollars and this is what I get? Terrible place to get any piercing especially with a ring.

Went into this salon for ear and nose piercings. Tara and Melanie were very professional and knowledgeable. Super happy with my piercings and the experience.
