I had an appointment at 9: 50am but I waited longer than 20 minutes in the store for someone to even come to the front. I tried to call the phone hoping to get someone's attention but no one answered. Seems like no one is working today.

Had both of my toddlers piercings done around the 12-13 month mark. The staff were so amazing and professional. They were so good with both kids. Definitely highly recommend.

Very painful wax. Still in pain the day after even though I used cream and powder which usually helps with after care. The girl seemed frustrated and in a rush which made it more painful than it already was and she didn’t get all the hair in all places. First and last time using this shop. Do not recommend.

I have been coming to Essential Beauty for over 3 years and have always been pleased with the service and the treatments I receive. Cindy the Manager has always looked after me and I find her to be professional and is always pleasant to me a considerate of my needs.

I took my bub today for ear piercing to the parramata store. Prepped her with numbing cream and everything but after reaching the store they said no appointment was booked. Even though I showed them my call history were I spoke to the store person for over 3min and booked the appointment well in advance.a week earlier. This is so unprofessional and frustrating esply since it involves a 5month old baby.
Never recommending this plce to anyone' or coming back

Weren’t able to pierce my 6 months old ears.

I made an appointment over the phone, it would have been nice to be told that in some instances piercings for babies aren’t possible (all depends on lobe size) which would have prepared me for the disappointment …

Turned up at 4pm knowing I’d have to fill out forms (as have been here before) to which they turned me away as I was early and told me to come back at 4: 20pm my appointment time. I sit down to fill out the forms online at 4: 20pm and the same lady who told me to come back asks me for my details, before leaning over and mentioning one of my daughters ear lobes was too small and to come back in a few months…

I came entirely out of my way to attend this appointment, firstly would have been great to know this info in advance to avoid or prepare for the disappointment, I still would have attended but you wouldn’t be getting a two star review, and secondly would have been nice to have discussed this when I arrived rather than sending me off for 20 mins with a crying baby only to return and be told the piercing was not possible.

Perhaps work on your customer service.

I called this morning to see if I can come in to fix my botched spray tan from another place. The lady on the phone was absolutely lovely! Gave me instructions on what to do before coming in. Once I got in I had my spray tan and OMG amazing! YOU GUYS ARE LIVE SAVERS! Never going anywhere again for my tans. Thank you

I was looked after by Jordana for full legs wax. I really appreciate the amount of dedication she has for work. She has worked so well each any every hair. It is the first time my legs are looking so good. You are the best Jordana ️

Oh my goodness, I was looked after by Gemma, who was just a beautiful soul. She did everything up for my really nicely, gave me a good selection of earrings and made my day. Having to get your ear pierced is never pleasant, but she made my day!

So upset at the lack of knowledge I had my belly pierced 2 years ago somewhere else and they did it amazingly with absolutely no pain
I came in to get it re pierced and I asked the lady to re pierce it in the same whole she sounded like she knew what she was doing but after having a closer look I realised that the top is way too to the left and not in the middle and while she pierced it she also poked another hole way above my belly button which caused bleeding and a 3rd whole I’m so upset that I payed $85 to get something and it’s not done right do not recommend this place at all

Montana was so lovely and calming while doing my ear piercing! She was quick and made me feel at ease when i was abit nervous. I loved the end result and would highly recommend!

I had the worst experience here went to get a wax and the lady was super rude to me for no reason. Ended up leaving and not getting the service done and would NOT recommend this place where the employee (surprise a white person) is so passive aggressive.
