My daughter had an Amazing experience getting her first piercing here. After a terrible experience at skin kandy (didn’t even get it done). I cannot commend the ladies enough. They are well experience with kids piercings. Highly recommend if you’re going to get your child’s first ear piercing, do it here! Something that could’ve been a terrible experience elsewhere was done here. Thanks so much.

Disgusting service and attitude by lady at the desk. Ran 9 mins late maybe 9.5 to an appointment and put over the coals. Was expected to wake baby up to come back when it suited staff. Then told they were too emotional to pierce babies ears so would need to wait for another day for a different a therapist.

Regarding your response…. If you think questioning why I couldn’t have my appointment is intimidation you shouldn’t be in business. If you are unable to cater for small babies needs then you should reconsider working with children. If your staff are unable to regulate their emotions then they shouldn’t be working with children! Sorry but when you are running late that’s ok but heaven forbid a client is late. Appalling response and an appalling business model!

Oh and regarding my appointment for tomorrow, I had already booked elsewhere so didn’t need your appointment. I found a company who is understanding of babies needs and routines and not a business run by immature children

Big shout out to Kate for assessing and repiercing my ears today, they look so much better. I had them done when I was a little girl and unfortunately the holes were no longer centred with growth and becoming an adult. It did not hurt at all and she made me feel very comfortable.

Staff were friendly but got my legs waxed and they missed a few spots.

Went back a second time though and had a much better experience. Jodie was very good and professional at waxing.

Just had my 11 year old daughters 2nd piercings done. From the lady who took our details to the 2 ladies who did her ears they were all amazing. My daughter was a bit anxious but they made her feel as calm as they could. I’m so glad we went here, highly recommended

Pathetic experience. I took my 6 months old baby for ear piercing and it turned out to be uneven piercing. I mentioned this to the lady working She offered me discount but it will not undo what has actually done. I will never go to this place again. Seeing my baby like this is such a pain.
I don’t think that staff is professionally trained. Never recommend anyone.

If you want to have a piercing by an experienced piercer then this is the place to come to. I directed where I wanted my piercing and they did not miss a beat.

Have gotten my helix done here and also my seconds done here. Very kind workers and they make sure you have a good experience with them and that you are happy with the result. Will be returning.

Such an amazing experience, the ladies were very kids, talkative, sweet, look their time answering the phone but besides that the work they did in general was awesome.

I got my helix and conch pierced here and it was done quickly and clean that I barely had time to feel it. They have the best selection of helix jewellery. It is all titanium or gold and really beautiful. High quality product. Ask the girls to show you the range. My ear looks amazing now. I’ve have all my piercings done here and would highly recommend as they are very nice and also professional.:)

Got my eyebrows waxed and tinted here, very professional and in and out within 20 mins and the staff were super friendly. Would definitely recommend!

They did my nose piercing for me in May 2nd and my piercer was very gentle and knowledgeable. Didn't even feel it. I have had multiple piercings done here, all gone extremely well. The staff are fantastic, experienced and knowledgeable. It's now my go to piercing place!

Visited the salon again today. The new piercing range is great! I will definitely be becoming back to get another helix pierced. The girls are friendly and professional. Would highly recommend.

My partner clearly informed the worker that she wanted her eyebrows to be done just like the reference photo that she showed the worker.

Paid $40 only for them to ruin her brows. To top it all off it doesn’t look tinted at all.
