I highly recommend Essential Acupuncture. I have been visiting Isabella for at least 5 years now and have had her help me in with a variety of concerns. Isabella is a very knowledgeable, supportive and genuine acupuncturist. When I arrive at each appointment I instantly feel calm and relaxed in their beautiful space.

I’ve been seeing Isabella for over a year! She made my pregnancy & post partum journey so easy and relaxed. I had minimal symptoms during both and can’t reccomend essential acupuncture enough!

When I first visited Essential Acupuncture, I was struggling with a severe autoimmune flare up causing inflammation, pain, discomfort. After MANY doctors appointments left me with no answer or cure, I decided to try acupuncture as a last resort.

When I say the care Isabella gave me changed my life, that is an understatement. She is the first practitioner I felt truly cared about my well-being, and provided me with answers and solutions. Even after just one acupuncture sessions my symptoms were relieved immensely, and I felt better and better after each session. Isabella and the entire Essential Acupuncture team are incredible at what they do, so lucky to have found them!

No words can express how greatful I am for this service and especially for Laelia. I have been seeing Laelia since January 2022 to work on irregular periods and fibroids. It was hard having to wait months to be seen by a specialist so in the interim I began accupuncture with Laelia. When it came to the investigation procedures in August 2022, the specialist found nothing abnormal, fibroids were gone and my periods are back to normal! I genuinely believe this is because of the work Laelia has been doing with me and I am ever so greatful she helped me get back to normal without any medical/pharmaceutical intervention. Isabella is a highly skilled practitioner and can alleviate a variety of ailments including CIPN (neuropathy) and damaged knee cartilage. She is generous with her time and knowledge and the environment is pristine and oh so peaceful. I highly recommend a visit to this clinic for general health and well-being.

Isabella has cared for me on my fertility journey for 2 years now and has become more like family than just my acupuncturist. She has created the most beautiful and nurturing space and connects on a really empathetic level with her clients. She is so knowledgeable and always providing additional ways to support by way of products or information. I would have been lost without her sessions almost weekly over the last 24 months that have helped me deal with loss, anxiety, postpartum and conception. Leaving Essential Acupuncture feels like walking on clouds! The best in the business, I have moved 2hrs away and still travel to Sydney to be treated by her.

I cannot recommend Essential Acupuncture highly enough! I visited Isabella prior to conception, after the coming of the pill after 10 years. Shortly after, my cycle was easy to track and we also focused on the hormonal acne I was experiencing at the time. Isabella is kind and knowledgeable and I always feel like I am in safe hands. I am now 7.5 months pregnant with my first baby and have continued to visit Isabella throughout the pregnancy. Acupuncture is now helping with much-needed sleep and relaxation in the 3rd trimester. Essential Acupuncture is truly the best!

Where should I even start!
I’m so glad I walked into their beautiful salon a year ago! The girls looked after me from the day when I was confused whether I will be able to have a healthy pregnancy whether acupuncture is even going to help at all.and here I’m 16weeks pregnant today!
I was very sceptical at first, and now I feel like my life so different now and now know that with their knowledge and support anything is possible.
I did fortnightly fertility sessions, we worked through my fertility to bloating, absorption issues, hormone imbalances and making my body stronger to carry a baby!
They have always guided me even on my blood test results which not every gp would be able to and showed me the right directions!
We started trying and we didn’t have to wait too long to fall pregnant and here we are now! I’m the happiest client ever!
Without their help and professional knowledge, and kindness I wouldn’t be here and all I can say is a big thank you to you all! So much to thank for!
